I bought about $700 worth of gift packages for 6 people. Someone who used to work there (she has gone from 16 employees to 2) told her not sell gift cards because she wasn't going to have the staff to perform the services. Two of the gift cards were used by my husband and brother. They had to keep waiting for each other while one person performed the services. Another couple I gave the cards were asked if one could come at 9 am and the other at 3 pm. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I normally just go to a cheap place for a trim every few months. Ashley took charge and gave me some awesome layers. She listened to how I need a no-fuss style for work and needed to be able to put it all up. A week later, my boyfriend still keeps telling me how much he loves it. I will definitely go back to her in the future. Then I returned just yesterday for a massage with my best friend. They have a special for June: a couples massage for $100. One thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a changing room, lockers, or showers like some nicer places. They probably don't have the space. They put us in a small dimly lit room with two massage tables and left us to undress. The area to stand in was also small, so it was a little uncomfortable stripping into your panties and hanging all your clothes on the few hooks on the wall. (Where can I put my shoes so they won't trip over them in the dark?!). We had to take turns. The massage itself was so relaxing, I could have fallen asleep. The lotion was nice and not heavily scented. I would go again.

What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough.
