Florida Residents Please Read: I could not be more disappointed in the process from Breslow. A few weeks ago, I asked for a quote on a patio, kitchen, fireplace and pergola. The sales associate (will not mention a name) seemed great. Promised to send along a quote in 48 hours. Made me take pictures of my space, send specs, measure, etc. Two days went by and nothing. Week went by and nothing. Reached out two times. Nothing. Finally, heard from her on text saying that there was a family emergency and that the quote would be there at the end of the day. Three days later nothing. So, I sent one last text saying I would like the quote for a comparison with another company. A quote was sent. Looked like a copy and paste out of google images. The specs were not included, not the right size, and it was supposed to be two quotes with all the items requested. NOTHING. I called to ask why the quote was not correct. She didn't even know who I was and said she didn't get a chance to take the information I sent into account. She also mentioned that Breslow has been trying to get into the market in Florida for a month now. Her manager did call me afterwards and let me know that she dropped the ball. He did apologize and offered "to do whatever he could for me." When I asked him what that meant he said he didn't know and probably just meant starting from the beginning and taking over the account (couldn't do anything else). He confirmed that Breslow has been trying to get into the Florida market for 2 weeks. I have decided I will not be doing business with Breslow. I would certainly warn Florida residents to strongly consider going with someone who has done work in Florida. read more

Well I contacted them in early June via there contact information on FB solicitation . They responded requesting the option to visit there showroom or schedule a at home visit. I opted for a schedule home visit. But I never heard from anyone yet. So I drop them off my list. read more

The only place I will get my paint as I am a Benjamin Moore advocate and our entire house, interior and exterior, has their products. They also have a great selection of brushes and accessories. Service is always helpful and knowledgeable. read more

Adding a pergola with moving louvers to our patio was a great investment. We had several contractors come look at the job and decided on Dana and his crew. We could not be happier with the choice. The final product looks and works great. While the guys were here they were very neat (they even put tarps down on my lawn to protect my dogs from the metal shavings). My installation was during the winter so they had to come back in the spring to finish the installation and make adjustments. The guys spent a few hours cleaning the slats and gutters just so everything looked nice. The pergola is great - remote controlled slats are water tight even in a heavy rain. The fans make it comfortable in the heat of summer. Our patio was scorching hot - now it is our outdoor room. read more

After calling several vendors to look into Hunter Douglas shutters, we decided to give a local vendor a call. Definitely received the best customer service compared to the others as well as competitive pricing. Dana came out and provided us with options and advice based on our feedback and needs. We had an idea of what we wanted but at the same time we were also looking for advice on what would look good. He provided an honest assessment and the results were great. Other vendors we spoke to seemed to be more concerned with selling us the product instead of listening and evaluating our needs. The project spanned a couple of months due to timing and the holidays, but once the product arrived they were installed timely and professionally. Installation was done professionally and the quality / ownership of the work exceeded our expectations. Dana was very accommodating and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the window treatments and installation. Attention to detail was impeccable and it was immediately pointed out if there was a possible issue. Some businesses can say this, but Dana can back it up when it comes to making sure that customers are 100% happy. I would definitely recommend giving Dana a call if you are looking for Hunter Douglas window treatments for your home. We ended up ordering Hunter Douglas shutters, power roller shades, and up/down roman shades. We'll be contacting Breslow for any future needs if it comes up as they are reliable and can provide excellent customer service with great follow through. read more

After renovating my home I had various paint cans sitting in my basement just in case any room needed a touch up. It's really not my first choice as I don't like clutter. When I mentioned this to Breslow, I was rather surprised at their answer. They actually maintain a file on each can of paint they sell, when it was mixed and where in my home it was used. This totally eliminates the need to keep an inventory of 1/2 used paint cans and totally one ups their larger, less personal competitors, such as Hone Depot and Lowes. Great store with a wonderful staff and honestly, wouldn't you rather keep your money in the community rather than forking it over to some huge anonymous corporation? This review is for Hunter Douglass custom blinds. We first went to Home Depot to get advice on blinds. The woman working there acted like we were interrupting (she was playing with her phone) and she was doing us a favor by even talking to us. She unenthusiastically pointed us to a book of materials and didn't guide us in any way. We decided to give up on the chain stores and go to a local business. Afte reading the great Yelp reviews, we went to Breslow and got exceptional customer service and guidance throghout the whole process. You are paying a premium, but you're getting actual customer service and a reliable product. Dana came to measure our windows, and then a couple weeks later an installer came to install the blinds. The installation was very quick, under half an hour. He took all the garbage with him as well, which was nice. Overall, I'd recommend Breslow for your custom blind needs. read more

Went here to select Benjamin Moore paint. People working here were helpful. They sell sample paint for $4.99 along with a white board on which you can try your color. I don't see any point in spending money on the sample. Plenty of parking. Overall good place to buy paint. read more

The staff is really helpful, including the owner and his mother who can assist you in choosing just the right colors. They are very friendly and offer great advice for your project at hand. We worked with Dana to get Hunter Douglas motorized window treatments for our home. The whole experience was great and we are very happy with the result. We got the look I wanted and the integration into the Control 4 that my husband wanted. This means we can open/close shades from our phones, remotes or touch screen panels from anywhere in the house or remotely if we use our phones. It's great! Dana had great suggestions and was extremely knowledgable. The installation team went above and beyond to ensure everything was working and looked perfect. We used Breslow to furnish the Hunter Douglas blinds in the entire house (30+ windows). We wanted high quality modern shades and service was important to us - we definitely got everything we wanted. Dana came to the house multiple times (at our request) to measure the windows and go over various options for each room. He was candid about what he felt would look good, where we should splurge and where we should save our money and we appreciated that guidance. After the installation he came to fix a couple minor issues, he noticed one of the power shades was not working well so replaced that window shade altogether. All throughout the ordering and installation process he was very reachable and it was great to be dealing with a single point person as opposed to a big box company. I painted my entire house last year and I couldn't have done it without Breslow and, specifically, Sharon. I am completely inept at choosing colors and spent a ton of money on those little sample cans! I finally wised up and hired their in house designer, Sharon, to come to my home. She did a fabulous job at selecting a color scheme for the entire house and everything looked great when finished. It was not that expensive for an in-home consult but If your budget doesn't allow for it, you can go to the showroom with pictures or samples and Sharon will help you. Also, it's a family run business and everyone is super nice and accommodating. They're a Benjamin Moore store so no other brands to choose from but I was pleased with the BM paint. read more
