Honestly, honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant Our bartender I don't have her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag nor did she ever introduced herself and the ticket says private. I'm assuming because all the bartenders were using one cash register. However, with that being said, our bartender was intoxicated and kept doing shots at the bar. Our food order was messed up. Our drinks were incorrect. We would be left alone for 45 minutes at a time without our bartender coming over to check on us and I had to go to the bar several times to get her attention . Check was incorrect, but by the time we are ready to go, we were just completely over it We came for ladies night. The sad thing is that there's hardly anyone in the place. We have a large group (20)...coming from a softball tournament & we were greeted by the server at the door, she had to check with the manager once we gave her the # in our party. They gave us the back room, took our drink orders & we haven't seen the waitress since...that was 30 minutes ago. The manager came into our private room about 15 minutes ago & said he needed to take our table. So he took our table, didn't bother putting another table in its place. Brett Hulls is a regular favorite of mine. Their staff is always very friendly, the restaurant has great design and ambiance, and the kitchen produces some of the best food in town. I think their menu has a fantastic variety of food to choose from and their plating always blows me away. My favorites are the impilati salad, Golden "Brett" Arrow risotto and Indian Pacific. My husband's favorites are the Buffalo chicken tacos and signature burger. read more

We just drove back to the St Louis area after a long day in Kansas City. I am apparently not a fan of KC barbecue and have been running all day on a hamburger bun and a piece of apple pie after sending my KC ribs back to the chef. It was 9pm-ish. Not many places were still serving food. We stopped at Brett Hull's. Very friendly bartenders. Carding all the youngsters ordering "dirty bong water" I ordered Fettuccini Alfredo with steak & broccoli. It was amazing. I am so happy to be back home where the good food is. We might be back tomorrow Brett!! ( it was THAT good) 1/13/22 Update: Returned tonight to try a few more entrees. Sweet tea marinated fried chicken sandwich was amazing. Ribeye with Brussels sprouts, husband said it was a bit "salty". I also ordered the pasta with steak again, still my favorite! It was much busier tonight. Sadly the outdoor patio was closed until May they said. It was a 80 degrees day and wanted to be able to enjoy the patio. It took awhile to receive our drinks. Service was decent. This place is poorly managed. On Thanksgiving they had their online ordering open. So my husband and I ordered some food for dinner. We went to pick it up only to be told that they were only doing the a buffet. We never received a call letting us know since the order went through you know the business was aware and so the bartender told us they would refund our money, $74. Here we are with multiple attempts from myself and my husband and still no refund, January 1. Apparently the "manager" has the hostess fielding his phone calls because he seems to never be there or always busy. This place is a joke of a business and super shady. My family and I went to this restaurant for the first time on Friday afternoon. We had reservations and our table was ready when we arrived. At some point the wait time was 2 hours so reservations are highly recommended. We had the option of sitting inside or on the patio and we opted for the patio. Our server was very nice and patient as I had a million questions. They do not social distance at all but they have a nice patio. My daughter ordered the signature burger, my husband ordered the Blue chop, My son ordered Buffalo chicken wings ( but came out as legs), and I ordered the Eurostar Truffle. This place is GREAT! They have a fantastic cocktail and food menu and the service is great! Right when you walk up there are lounge couches and an awesome seating area outside to watch the game. Our server was Sky and she was absolutely amazing! I ordered the pink starburst martini and it was delicious! Let me start by saying the food at Brett Hull's Juction House is DELICIOUS. I know I have rated them 3/5 stars but I would come again to eat the food again because it was tasty. For food we ordered the Spin-Art bread to start, and the Sweet Tea Chicken Sandwich and Golden "Brett" Arrow for our entrees. We had a reservation at 6:45pm and did not get seated until 7:45 ish. This was obviously not ideal, but the staff did apologize when we arrived that we would have a wait because they had booked reservations as if the patio was open and it was 30 degrees outside. Our appetizer order got lost in the shuffle of their busy night, so we waited another 30-40 minutes after being seated for our appetizer. You could tell they rushed it since it has been forgotten because it was cold in the middle (the topping wasn't heated but the bread was warm), while the outsides were nice and toasty. Despite this, it was delicious. Our entree came out shortly after that and we're really tasty. Our waitress was really attentive. You could tell the staff was working really hard running around, as they were very busy this night. I would come back to give this place another shot because I wouldn't be surprised if they long waits for a table and food were a result of an off night. read more

The downstairs outside bar did last call at 10pm on Friday bc it was ladys night and they needed more bartenders upstairs. Left with almost a full beer on the bar because i started to feel sick and almost got sick in the parking lot. 6. Margarita was undrinkable. No real lime juice. The food looked like it had been made hours before it was cold! All of it cold. We sent the food away and decided to wait till 12 for lunch. We got our menus a little before 12 and waited. And I mean WAITED! 20 after 12 we still had not seen our waitress to order. It was NOT busy. We were one of maybe 4 tables. We finally got to order and I will say my spaghetti was wonderful. I want to give a HUGE shoutout and 'thank you' to Dennis and the others at Brett Hull's Junction House. My girlfriend and I went up there for the first time last Wednesday evening. It was close to 10:00 p.m. when we walked in, and a friendly bartender greeted us and asked how she could help. We had yet to eat dinner, and Dennis and the others came over, shook our hands, and told us all about their incredible pizza. He said they have a 50% off special from 9-10. We couldn't resist. We sat down and ordered drinks. I went with the "Pepe Le Mule" and thought it was terrific - No doubt it will be on my list for next time. The pizza was nothing short of incredible, and I may have a future problem on my hands with too much carry-out. LOL When it came time to pay the bill, the bartender said, "It's on the house!" What?! Dennis came back over, shook my hand, and confirmed. What an incredible and generous thing to do. First time here. The beef Carpaccio was very good. Ask for a few extra crostini's, 3 is not enough. We split a Mayfair Caesar, just because I love the classic Mayfair dressing the white anchovies on top are a great touch. I had the traditional burger with truffle fries they were great. Believe all the negatives of other reviews going back to the open. Have never had a good experience here so enough is enough. Any place the management can delete any comment or review that isn't stellar, they do so. We visited on Sunday 12/22/24 and had a great lunch sitting at the bar. Monica was our bartender/server and she was so pleasant and down to earth, we really enjoyed talking to her. I had the giant meatball which is SO GOOD, and also the spin-art bread to go with it. I had never tried either dish before and they did not disappoint - the spin art bread was so warm and cheesy and went perfectly with the meatball and cheesy sauce. My husband had the tomato feta salad which was also delicious and had a great mix of fresh flavors. Despite have a few large brunch parties in the dining room, Monica made sure to be attentive with our service and always communicated with us in a positive way. The basil broth that came with it needs to be bottled and sold. My BF had the ribeye and fingerling potatoes, which were also delish. I had the carpaccio for an app and he had brussies, which were all FANTASTIC. As far as the lack of masks.....it's NOT REQUIRED in St. Charles County, but you are more than welcome to wear it if you want to. This place has SOO much potential by how much room there is and a fun party deck upstairs with a bar. With that being said, either consider new management or figure out where the issue lies. Our table of two, ordered a Bloody Mary and 2 beers. Normally you would bring out the cold beers while the Bloody Mary is being made but nope. The beers were opened and set out for easily 10 min while the bloody was being made. The bloody was absolutely disgusting and the beers were warm. Asked for the check and bounced. The building is very upscale and industrial with a comfortable feel and exceptional service. They have an outdoor and a rooftop patio area that will be awesome in the warmer weather. I chose the Signature Burger and fries and it was a delicious half pound burger grilled to perfection loaded with bacon.cheddar cheese, garlic aioli and lettuce and tomato on a toasted bun then paired with Parmesan fries Delicious!!!
