The type of care I get is surgical outpatient, and I am done in less than 30 minutes every time. Dr Ross and his assistants are very comforting and reassuring, which does wonders for a wimp like me lol. I can rely on him to be patient with me every time. I think that Dr. LaFleur was the nicest person I've ever met. Honestly. She put me at ease right away and was so kind and understanding, particularly given that I was a bit nervous. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The surgery went extraordinarily well and it is as though the condition was never there to begin with. I was also concerned about the possibility of scarring at the incision site but I am so pleased to say that there's no evidence of scarring whatsoever. On another note, her assistants in the Office were also nice, friendly and polite. They were very professional and obviously everyone had a great deal of experience. The whole situation was as excellent as it possibly could be. If somebody else needs this kind of medical service and they live anywhere in the Melbourne, Suntree, or Rockledge area, take it from me, there's no need to travel all the way to Bascom Palmer or to mayo clinic.
