The way the plastic surgeon was trying to do more work than he needed to was frustrating, he was trying to do additional work (related to the piercing itself) and his response was to avoid complications in the future when this piercing has never caused me any complications. it's hard to fully explain without giving all the information, the just is he was trying to do more work than he had to. That wasn't even the most concerning part... When he walked in the door (touching the handle) he closed the door, set down his clipboard and headed towards me and put his hands on/in my mouth.. He had no gloves on, didn't put sanatizer after opening door.. nothing and just put his hands right in my mouth. I was too in shock to say anything. Needless to say I'll be going to the dermatologist.

They keep taking new clients, even the day they were telling us they had no appointments, they were still settinging up new people. On my first call I was told that someone would contact me within 2 to 3 days to schedule this. In five days I had not gotten a response so I called them. I was immediately met with condescending animosity by a woman who identified herself as "the manager" but would not tell me her name. I have asked them to get me in contact with somebody higher in the company and she refuses. Trying to contact the owner now. Will contact Better Business Bureau if owner does not have an appropriate response.
