They have a few gluten free options for baked goods. They don't have gf and dairy free baked goods. The steamer I tried was made with coconut milk, their in house mocha and peppermint syrups and it was the BEST steamer I have ever had. The house made syrup are amazing! read more

I simply cannot praise this coffee shop highly enough. They've thought of every detail and I am so completely impressed. First, not only is it a cute from the outside, it's incredibly impressive on the inside. They've re-purposed a boat and accessories to make this one of the cutest coffee shops I've seen in a long time. The coffee counter is half of a boat. The seating are boat seats. The glass that covers the pastries is a windshield from an old boat! The tables are from a boat station. (See my pics) Second, the owner and his wife both went to culinary school and make fantastic food and pastries! (One of the owners graduated from the high school in town) Third, everything is made in-house! From the syrups they use in coffee to the coffee beans! We just discovered this coffee spot on Syracuse, haven't visited for a while. Finally, a decent coffee shop in Syracuse! I orders a large latte with almond milk and sugar-free vanilla syrup. They got the espresso- milk- syrup mix exactly right for me so that box gets checked. Two things that I think can be improved: it is just tepid, not nearly hot enough; they could add another few flavors of sugar free syrups, although the vanilla is very good. RRR orders a pumpkin spice latte ahs it isn't too sweet like that chain... much more to his taste with plenty of spice. read more

Brew City is an AWESOME addition to Syracuse, IN. We have frequented there often this summer. It's a great place to run into a friend, or have a friendly morning interaction with a barista. Highly, highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burrito. The Brew City Biscuit is my favorite, but the McLovin is also a great option. The pastry chef is stellar and makes the biscuit and english muffin in house. Get the burrito for a bit more kick/heat. Service is always friendly and quick. read more

It never disappoints, and their flavoring is top notch. Their breakfast sandwhiches are some of the best I've ever had. It is always hard to decide which one! All of the breading they are on is made in house. The cheddar cheese biscuit with egg and sausage is probably my favorite, since it is so unique and full of flavor. The employees are so friendly and work so fast and hard to serve their customers. My only complaint is that it isn't bigger, since it's always so crowded on the weekends- but that is just the sign of an awesome establishment. read more

I tried this the last time I visited the lake! Such a cool new spot for coffee, AND it is open all weekend long to help give you that boost for your lake days! Friendly staff, but few pet peeves - coffee shops with limited sweetener options and too many staff helping with one order. our ice coffee was prepared hot & our initial croissant order was packaged up as a muffin. Thankfully the errors were course corrected before we left the establishment. Pros: *friendly staff *fresh delicious croissants. They did NOT taste mass produced *delicious home made bran muffin *clean, thoughtful open space for ordering and dining in The establishment looks new and the staff was engaged - trust as they settle in they will do well. Brew City is THE best!!! They make their own syrups in-house and they're incredible, I get different drinks every time. For a local roastery, they are so reasonably priced. The space itself is so lovely and welcoming, it has the greatest lake-feel, suitable for Syracuse. The baristas are always so kind and very quick, it's always a wonder to me how they don't have a higher volume. read more

Been to coffee shops all over the world and I never expected to see a spot like this in Syracuse. Such an awesome surprise to stumble upon it this summer. The decor inside is awesome with a great lake vibe. They have a wooden boat as part of the counter which adds to it all. The coffee was great, food as well. It's great to be able to get a real cup of coffee in Syracuse and the staff was so friendly. We rolled up with the car packed for a long trip and they magically produced a cookie for our two fussy toddlers and treats for our dog in the back. We're all leaving with smiles on our faces. read more
