The food is good, basic cafe food. Nothing fancy, but tastes delicious like home cooking.

Great place for breakfast. Huge omelets. Home or locally made pork sausage. Great pancakes. It's worth the drive.

They have a great menu! Something for everyone. From sandwiches to surf and turf and pasta to salads. Was told their pizza was a must try. It was very good.... Would love to go back and try an actual dinner. Salmon/ prime rib-etc Good food- A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Really good portions. More "upscale" for a small town but you will see everyone from shorts and flip flops to nicely dressed people out on a date. Will definitely be back!

Not sure what set her off but she shouldn't have been working with customers. Two friends ordered mushroom/swiss hamburgers. Another ordered the BLT with another ordering the soup and grilled cheese. I ordered the cod sandwich with no bread. The hamburgers were good as was the BLT. The cod was like trying to chew on an old steak; dry and tough. The was a first for me on a fish product. The grilled cheese wasn't - the cheese slices were still cold with barely a char on the bread. Throughout the meal the server complained about Louie, the cook. I'm adding my complaint to hers. That was one of the worst meals I've had in a restaurant.

I didn't take any pictures but I'll go over the positives. The staff was super friendly, the food was quite good. I tried the bacon, turkey, and apple grilled cheese, I can't remember what sandwich my friend had. Both came with a bag of chips and she had coffee. And we enjoyed the cozy, quiet atmosphere. We also decided to take one 1 bar of fudge each. I choose a birthday cake one and she took home a peanut butter one. As for the negatives I would say this. The limited operating hours doesn't help alot of people. They are closed after 3 so dinner is out. The menu is very limited. Basically a soup and sandwiches type of place. And since it's connected to a used furniture and antique the decor and atmosphere might not be for everyone. And some might scoff at the price tag of $10 for just a sandwich and bag of chips. But all in all, I like having a quiet time with a good friend and some simple food in a cozy place. I'd like a little more food, but it's not a deal breaker. We'll be back sometime.
