Both visits left me satisfied, but it's more of a "stroll back" than a "run back" kind of place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which always bumps a restaurant up a notch in my book. I didn't try one of their Old Fashioneds--apparently what they're known for--but I did go for the Fire of Mordor cocktail. Tequila-based, delicious, and honestly the name alone sold me. Help yourself to the cooler of beers or drafts. We never leave without buying a bottle of their jerky sauce, sweet with a little spicy. We plan our travels to make sure that we make to Neon Pig whenever possible.
