I have stayed at Hotel Tupelo many times and have always wanted to try Mugshots. We came here twice over one weekend of that tells you how much we enjoyed it. We got the honey hot wings both times. It's more sweet than anything but they were so good. Both times they came out fresh from the kitchen. We had great service both times. The people were great. The only drawback was when my sister and I ordered a skinny margarita, it tastes like flat soda? It wasn't good at all, but that was the only thing we didn't like. It's a real chill environment and I will be back next time I'm in town. read more

I came here for lunch and shared the hot honey wings with fries. The wings were good but they weren't hot. It was more honey than heat. The service was good overall. It would be a good spot to watch the game or grab a bite with friends. It's in a nice area that's walkable to Hotel Tupelo as well as other shops nearby. read more

We came in shortly before 6, it wasn't busy but a hostess was nowhere to be found. We stood for quite a while, with no site of anyone. I've been coming to mugshots for nearly 7 years. This restaurant used to be a 5/5 and every experience was wonderful. However, in recent years l, the quality has drastically dipped as there has been a notable decline in service and food quality while prizes continue to surge. My only guess is new management over the recent years that didn't have the same vision as former managers. The waiters/waitresses are typically pretty good so with that said I think the biggest probably is the kitchen staff and management. read more

Great burgers, yummy sweet potato fries. Just tried the teriyaki wrap today and it was delicious. I generally prefer grilled chicken but the fried was not overdone or too much. i Asked for the teriyaki sauce in the side and I really did not need much to enjoy it. read more

Just a one day job in Tupelo, Ms. This food was good but the drinks are very weak. This was the only place I could get a drink because Mississippi is a dry state (no liquor) on Sunday. Nice atmosphere to bring family, to have a drink and watch tv, or a quick bite to eat. It was directly across from our hotel so we came to try it out. read more

This was the worst experience. First of all the mambo combo appetizer...there were like 6 pickles on it. I ordered the chili...came with salad crackers, no saltines. Did not even resemble chili. I asked for a side of onion rings since the chili was no good. The waitress looked like she completely understood when I told her it wasn't good. Mugshots was a delightful find on a cold afternoon. We were driving through the area and wanted a sports bar to watch football and have lunch. The place was very busy with a competition being held across the street, however we got right in. The queso appetizer was a delicious blend of cheese and spice (often times it's too bland). The chips were fresh and delicious. I had a ridiculously tasty blackened chicken sandwich and my husband loved his burger. An additional bonus were the fries, they were crispy and yet soft. (A magical combo). I am only sad that we live hundreds of miles away, but if we ever are back in the area it would be a must visit. read more

I stopped in late on a Monday night. The Middleberger was more than filling enough. They also have plenty of beers on draft. The beer was nice & cold. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was Monday night so there was not much sports on TV but the place had plenty of TVs. Could be a good place to watch Saturday or Sunday sports. read more

The food here is really good when it's done correctly. However the service has been terrible the last three months. They keep blaming it on labor shortage however all the other restaurants in this round area or not have any problem. I think it's just bad management.
