Thank you to my Community leader - Erica. I have travelled extensively and, I can honestly say, that I have not seen anything like this before. Part casual cafe, part community hub; an absolute wonderland for a creative mind and soul. The coffee and pastries are incredible, but what is to write home about is the community space created for everyone. Individual work spaces crowned by a huge art display space for local artist. The beautiful owner - Ms. Semoine, gave me a personal tour of the entire space; her enthusiasm and pride came through as she talked of her vision and the realization of it. Before getting in to the creative spaces, I got a large drip coffee, 1 croissant and a cheese danish, which were both delicious. I got a free refill of my coffee on the outbound. The creative spaces included 1. The photography studio: a room setup with complete lighting and photography equipments s well as different props and backgrounds. 2. Filming room with top tier microphones and sound proof walls 3. The artists work space 4. Private office for an individual to work quietly 5. The aroma therapy and massage room - It was complimentary to me as an Elite Squad member. 6. Conference rooms - 2 smaller ones and one large one equipped with white board 7. Creative idea space for larger groups with 3 tables/ 4 chairs each, and lounge are within the same room 8. Vinyl room/ Music room with classic records 9. Women with a plan room - professional work space just for the ladies Memberships are available for the use of Of the individual spaces. 4 times a year, an open market will be held in the art display corridor. I'm always looking for a good cafe to read a book or work on my creative projects, so Brewed Up Coffee was definitely on my list of places to explore. To my delighted surprise this was more than your typical cafe if you can even call it that, it's way more than the eye can see. Brewed Up Coffee is a creative space where artist of all kind can come and let their creative juices flow and multiply. They have a variety of rooms from a photography studio equipped with back drops, lighting, and props to a podcast room that has all the items needed to record a successful episode. It has microphones, esthetic backgrounds for filming, lighting, and sound proof walls to insure a successful recording session. Now that's just two of the many rooms they have but those were my favorite! As stated before this place is perfect for the creative mind. They have options of renting out spaces for group meetings, a vinyl room to listen to records, a stage for the performing arts, etc. Apart from being a creative space they hold a variety activities such as karaoke night, art galleries, craft night just to name a few! I was completely at awe with this place. It's an artist wonderland! They also have the cafe area where they sell a variety of yummy pastries and coffee beverages for your enjoyment. I had the coffee cake muffin that was delicious! Miss Semoine was kind enough to give me a tour of the facility. The hospitality and warmth that I was treated with really made me feel welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend this place! " where every seat has a story, and every sip sparks a vision" Wow what a unique place. Simone, the owner, saw a vision and absolutely killed it! This place is membership based and has 3 tiers. Depending on the membership you get, it will allow different access to the space. (scan the qr code in the photo for pricing info) You can still come in and enjoy cup of coffee and the space at the lobby area so no worries! This place has a space for everyone. Whether you own your own business and need an office space, you need peace and quiet, you need to plan a study session with a large group, conference, shoot a podcast!? etc.. you name it! Apparently they have days where they will have chess night, open mic night, mixers... so so cool! Cherry on top is the coffee actually tastes really good. There are a lot of cafes that focus too much on the aesthetics that they forget to give any thought to the coffee. I got a house drip coffee with a blueberry muffin. Good dark roast perfect pairing with the muffin! Husband got a Nanastalgia (Banana foam latte) This one is so delicious!! I highly recommend you give it a try! Great cafe and awesome place! A very pretty coffee and snack spot with a ton of little "offices" to get creative with. This place offers a lot for artists and creators. Food was 10/10! Made to order and very fresh, I had the drip coffee and my partner had the banana pudding latte to start. Both were bold and flavorful, the creamy banana latte was definitely stand out and a must try. We also had a chocolate chip muffin, apple danish, and cheese danish, which were all delightful and fresh. Sevice was top notch. She was extremely kind and showed me around the entire place, explaining everything they had to offer and prices for the different studios. I was very impressed by the variety, and will be back for the photoshoot area and that heavenly looking massage chair. Atmosphere was beautiful and the soft brown and black color scheme is prevalent throughout the entire building. Pictures do not do this place justice! Areas are much larger than they appear, and have a whole lot to play with. The only issue I had was the use of terrible looking AI generated flyers for events that litter the lobby and social media pages. Not a good look for a creatives-centered place like this. Music was soft and at a good volume to talk in; fresh flowers decorate the tables too. Overall B+, will be returning and hope for the best for these owners! read more
