They have a little punch card, where your 10th drink is free, and the owner is so nice! There's waves of people coming and going, but it's not constantly super packed like other places. The location offers both interior and exterior seating. The interior offers an adorable coffee shop vibe, with a merch section for those looking to buy items with the companies logo. Parking is shared with all of downtown Duluth's parking area meaning that over the weekend it can get quite busy. Service was quick even while the shop itself seemed a bit busy. They weren't bad, but they had a slightly floury texture that made them feel less fresh, and the flavors (dark cherry, blood orange, and mango) were subtle to the point of almost disappearing. Almost similar tasting to a Vietnamese coffee in my opinion (both are delicious). That strong, brewed coffee flavor with this delicious milky, sweetened condensed milk taste. I am not exactly sure if they used sweetened condensed milk in the Korean iced coffee, but it sure does taste similar to it. It's quite good. Also had a "Large Hazelnut Hot Coffee" with creamer for $5.95. It was okay. Total with tax for the two drinks was $13.99. Keep in mind that the WiFi is on your receipt as a QR Code at the bottom. So if you want to use the WiFi, ask for the receipt and/or keep the receipt so that you can scan the QR Code in order to use the WiFi. I was greeted with a smile and decided to go with a Caramel Macchiato even though I was eyeing the chai latte. The prices were on par with other coffee shops. It was quite busy when I got there, but I got my drink in less than 5 minutes. The drink was perfect since it had a drizzle of caramel and some whipped cream to sweeten it. I honestly liked it more than Starbucks and really enjoyed it despite not being a fan of coffee. I look forward to coming back and trying some other drinks next time I'm here.
