After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.

Year later, after all this rain and weather and last summer is drought is over ...my crawlspace is flooded in every area. The system they set up runs from my living room, which is extremely noisy, water gushing. After I complained I was told by the tech "they should have installed this in another area!" I was never told about this option (another red flag they don't care!) I can't sleep. I can't rest with all of this noise and the stress of all the money and aggravation! They came back and said you need to give us $7000 more to make sure it doesn't happen again. What? That's what the job was for! It's a money grab! I was totally taking advantage of... STAY AWAY!

I kept them updated after every step of my to-do list that they provided between cleaning out the basement, breaking down the laundry area, and upgrading my electrical to accommodate the battery backup and separate breakers and outlets. They spent 2 days at my house working (3/30/26 & 3/31/26). When they were done, they told me that they would need to come back in a week to tighten some bolts because they had to pour some concrete and needs longer to cure. I said OK and just call me when they were coming back. Work finished 3/31/26. 4/8 - I texted the salesperson asking when they would be coming back. I was told that she would reach out. Nothing further. 4/30 - I texted again asking when they would be coming out. I was told to let her message him. Nothing further. 5/11 - I texted again about their return. She said that she would reach out again. 5/25 - At this point I was annoyed and texted her to just forget it. Told them now that they are paid and got their initial positive review that they don't seem to care . That I was disappointed. Doesn't give me hope for their yearly inspections for 5 years to make sure everything is still running well. So, I am taking away a star from my initial review.
