When the technician arrived, he took one look at my house and said that I have a larger 1500 gallon tank. They then charged me $515. When I called to complain that I have a 1200 gallon tank ( and have 13 years of service records from them that say so) they gave me a line about excess water. She sent the septic inspection report so they knew what to expect. Monday they can out to pump when my mom asked about the inspection the guy told her that's not my job. She called the office and they told her they would be out the next day. 2days later my mom called again and they told her sometime next week. Since she's got a deadline for closing she started calling other places Only to find out that the septic now needs to be pumped again as the tank needs to be emptied to see what's going on and exactly what needs to be repaired. She called brewer back and they won't do anything. Go figure they made their money so they don't care they screwed and elderly women. So disappointed with them and I for one will never use them again!

He came at 5:00 a.m., but when I went outside at 8:00 a.m., there were still approximately six inches of snow on the driveway. By 11:00 a.m., I called to ask if he would be returning to properly clear it. He never came back. It continued snowing until 4:00 p.m., and my husband and I were forced to shovel the driveway ourselves. It was an exhausting and difficult experience, especially given my husband's health condition. I have been a customer for some time. Never had an issue until now. I called to have my septic tank…read moremy pumped the appointment was on 10/28/25. The guy who came out did a very poor job. He came out didn't have the necessary tools to do a complete pump. Told me he pumped out 900 gallons. He barely took anything out of the tank it looked to be 3/4 full when he told me he couldn't get anything else out. Called and spoke to Diane the owner she told me that the driver probably didn't have water to backwash the tank. She told me that they would be back out to finish the following Tuesday Nov 4, 2025. I called Prince of Pools November 3 2025 to confirm that they would be out. I was told by the woman who answered the phone no name given that she would check and get back to me. Waited all day no return phone call. Decided to call another septic company to come out and pump the tank. They came out right away and pumped the tank right to the bottom. Total gallons removed was 1000 gallons. My septic tank is only about a 1000 gallons. I also asked Diane if she would send someone out to give me an estimate on a new system as mine is old and in need of replacement. She said she would check the schedule and get back to me. Still nothing! Not the same quality that I used to receive.
