***FALSE ADVERTISING***…read more I live out of state. I went to https://www.boats.com to look for a boat instead of ordering it from a local dealer. (Due to supply chain issues I won't be able to get the boat made this year.) I've been looking for a specific Starcraft deckboat (that Petzolds currently has in stock) for almost 3 months. Even though they advertise through the internet nationally, Jordan's (Salesman) boss informed him they will not sell to anyone that is not local. The reasoning for this is because they want to service the boat. Bottom line... my money was not good enough for them even when I informed them I wished to purchase the boat. I would give their policy and customer service negative star's if possible. I'm sure Starcraft will want to hear this story as well. ~Wil

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by two wonderful hostesses, Bree and Rachel. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thank you to Kendra, the owner, who took the time to stop by our table, introduce herself, and personally welcome us. She even invited us to their upcoming hoedown and shared information about the live entertainment they host throughout the summer. We let her know we were visiting from out of town, but we will definitely keep Three Belles in mind for future trips. The breakfast and brunch menu was outstanding. I enjoyed the salmon on sourdough toast with home fries and a side of bacon, along with hot coffee. It was absolutely delicious. My cousins ordered bacon and eggs with home fries, sourdough toast, iced coffee, and juice, and they thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We had a couple of small hiccups that were actually our own doing, but the staff handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Chef Tasha even came out to our table to check on us personally, which was such a thoughtful touch. Chef Tasha, your food was incredible, and your passion for what you do shines through in every bite. Wishing you continued success--only great things are ahead for you! Barely the boat had major issues was actually in danger of sinking thank good Scott fixed all the bilge pumps and checked everything but there's some issues. They're just too much like a pitted rusted after cooler that eventually linked frozen seacock was never serviced with my fault for not checking service records. If ever buy an old boat make sure those service records are complete. Make sure they change that impellers and the bolts have all been lubricated especially seacock. The saltwater flushing for those engines and if it gets stuck in there the engine could get ruined quickly. This place had a lot of parts and it didn't they'd find it for you. They were very expensive but basically it comes to this : unless your a multi. Multi-millionaire not just a millionaire a multi-millionaire don't buy a boat unless you can fix everything yourself because a million bucks isn't going to save you

We selected the M4 based on where we wanted to drive the boat and the type of water activities we are interested in. Bassett Yacht and Sales Boats is a Monterey dealer that is close to us which is how we met Dianne Bassett, owner of Bassett Yacht and Boat Sales. From the very first time I spoke with Dianne she was personable, knowledgeable, and very patient, despite our obvious lack of boating experience. Dianne took the time to ask appropriate questions such as: where we planned on doing most of our boating, how many people would be on the boat, and the types of activities we wanted to do with the boat--really getting to know my wife and I and ensuring we made the proper boat selection and didn't pay form something we did not want or did not need. Dianne also kept our budget in mind when making her recommendation. All the while Dianne was not guaranteed a sale from us but she treated us like long-time customers: always answering questions and making sure that we understood the specifications of our order before placing our order with Monterey. Had a terrible experience here and cost me in repair at another marina 12k. First the owner is a…read moreretired fireman and has no clue about boats so he relies on his mechanic Matt to do all the work.That should of been a red flag for me not to do business with an owner that doesn't do it for a living I have twin 2017 300hp Verados on my Boston Whaler and got charged $2,500 for a full tune up including both gear case oil changes,engine oil,impeller spark plug etc.. When I put my boat in the water one of the lower units blew. I took it to it to another marina and they told me that this happened because all my 4 drain plugs oil and gear case oil plugs where finger tight and never tightened with a socket wrench and my seals where ripped and never changed which is mandatory when you do a Mercury tuned up. (see attached photo) I had sea water in both my engines and both my lower units. When I called the owner Don of Guilford boat yard to inform him of what happened he got really nasty and rude with me and told me I was on my own and didn't want anything to do with it.
