Recent visit show me how great their marine services are. Had damage on the way to Greenport. Didn't know how I would get it fixed and my boat back home. The service manager just stepped up and made it all right in one weeks time. Way beyond that normal customers service I would expect. Make a bad situation into a easy repair.

I was extremely impressed with their knowledge & honesty. Any questions that they couldn't immediately answer were answered by their mechanic & product specialist (I think his name was Mike). He explained all the differences, enhancements & safety features. Everyone at the shop made me feel very comfortable & important. They all genuinely cared about my needs & wants. When I picked up my boat they spent over an hour showing me how everything worked. I felt like I was part of their family. I also got a great price compared to the other boat dealers in the area. Barely the boat had major issues was actually in danger of sinking thank good Scott fixed all the bilge pumps and checked everything but there's some issues. They're just too much like a pitted rusted after cooler that eventually linked frozen seacock was never serviced with my fault for not checking service records. If ever buy an old boat make sure those service records are complete. Make sure they change that impellers and the bolts have all been lubricated especially seacock. The saltwater flushing for those engines and if it gets stuck in there the engine could get ruined quickly. This place had a lot of parts and it didn't they'd find it for you. They were very expensive but basically it comes to this : unless your a multi. Multi-millionaire not just a millionaire a multi-millionaire don't buy a boat unless you can fix everything yourself because a million bucks isn't going to save you
