One of their guys came in a piece of farm equipment (the tow truck might have gotten stuck, he said), attached my tow hook, and pulled me out with almost no effort. I wish I'd had more cash on me. In lieu, here's a review from a grateful idiot. I'm sure they service cars quite well, but they also rescue people from their own mistakes.

Our auto club called John and sons and we were told they would be out in two hours...we were 40…read moremins from their business...in two hours the auto club called again and it became 4 hours...they never showed up...and thankfully a member from our church brought a family member out to help us. We had been stranded on a fire road all this time. In the end, John and Son was not coming to help us for 8-12 hours! This was straight from his own mouth. I'm just glad for the caring family that the Lord blessed us with this day! Don't call this company!!
