This places takes me back to the 80s.. it looks like a sports bar where you expect to hear Duran Duran and The Cars playing over the speakers.. now FFWD to 2023.. same furniture, an arcade and K-Pop and Ariana Grande are playing where the wings are probably just as good as they were then. Our meal started out with fire sticks a type of yummy, spicy & cheesy chimichanga like fried appetizer with chicken and sides of salsa, guacamole and sour cream. We had 15 medium wings served with carrots & celery, ranch and blue cheese and a basket of fries.. no complaints on taste or the customer service. The place could use a little updating but if you're a sports fan there are plenty of flat screens to keep your mind off of the decor. All in all a great experience. P.S. I'm guessing the restroom entrance door was sticky because of the grease settling in from the kitchen. read more

The manager is a sweet heart but my waitress was a bit upset with having to fix me and my mother's order twice that she messed up.. did she offer to fix it? YES but petty fixtures not the whole drink or salad just addition fixtures. She asked if we were okay before she walked off with an attitude. Me and my mother come here all the time and I've never dealt with attitudes. Not a good way to approach someone at the beginning of a new year. We don't deserve that and will never recommend this place to anyone while she's working here. read more

Went for lunch and the bar side was over crowded. Decided to move to the dinning side and so glad I did! Martin came to serve us and had us in and out quickly. Today was really bad. First it was a really bad stormy night. We got here right after the rush. The host sat us down at dirty table the floor wasn't event swept. The resturant was empty. We order our food and it didn't come out the way we wanted. Brought us fries that we didn't order. Would have kept the fries but it was old and hard. Then the staff never came to see how we was doing. We waiting and looked around so we can cash out. No where to be see. Managers never came out to see how we was doing when the food was sent back. Mind you the resturant is now dead and slow. We came after the rush and the wings was tiny‍ size does matter According to their shirts...the size didn't size up‍ And people wants more money. I was pleased that a lady named Tracey from corporate contacted me about the lack of quality service. She apologized and sent me a gift certificate, and stated that she would work on the issues. Horrible place. Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty mrn... food was cold when it arrived. They did not have hot sauce so they offered me hot wing sauce and then charged me for it as if I requested that substitution. I will not be returning. Do better, BreWingz! read more

UPDATE: I have returned to this location 2 or 3 times since my last review. I'm glad to say that the servers for the day shifts are great and I enjoyed my time there! Hopefully the night shift servers will be up to par next time I go. ORIGINAL: I've been here a few times and think the food is great for the price (they have plenty of good deals!). My boyfriend and I enjoy their burgers and wings. However, the service is terrible every time I come. The hostesses stand around chatting. The servers are often hiding in the back laughing about something. The tables are often dirty during the slow hours. The hostess will sit you at a dirty table and you have to specifically ask for it to be cleaned. My server last night forgot to take our order and then forgot to bring part of our order out. She did not fill our drinks and I had to go back to the kitchen to find someone after the other waitress ignored me twice. I've had better server there, but all of them are very slow so it takes 15 minutes to get your order in. Their fries come out cold, too. I will still come back for the food, but an old lady with arthritis could do better than these server. read more

The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the food is good and comes hot. However, this evening was a disaster. No tables were clean, it took 20 mins to order our drinks and we never got refills, asked how the food was, oh and no plates and we were told there was no clean silverware (I swear I can not make this up). We have no idea who our waitress was because we saw like 2 different people only. There was a birthday and I swear the kitchen was like a clown car with the amount of staff that came out, and then like 3 of the wait staff were just hanging around at the bar. Worse service ever I order on line to pick in curb side parking spot. Order at 4 pm got there 4:30 and after 3 calls and while waiting on manager to talk to him they decided to brought out my food at 1 hour 19 min later. And when I get home I didn't have my food complete. The worst it was just 30 boneless and some fries with cheese only. I got home with 26 boneless and no fries. The place doesn't have AC for some odd reason. Makes me feel for the cooks in the back. The food is pretty good though, and the service is hit or miss. One time you'll get a good server, the next you might not. The last time I went the server gave us our appetizer free because it came out late. That's my type of service. I don't know... I don't think I've ever had such bad service. After ordering our drinks the waiter stood at the table and a few seconds later said "are y'all gonna order or what"? After establishing we were all going to be separate because there was 8 of us, 2 people were wanting to split wings but one person pay and the waiter said "I just asked if y'all wanted to be separate". After receiving our food with no silverware we decided to eat with our hands because of time constraints. Wings I understand can be eaten with our hands but one of our guys had a salad and was forced to eat it with his fingers. We asked our waiter for silverware and he never brought it. I've been to this establishment twice. Both times at the I10 and Market St location and because of the service I received I will never eat at another Brewingz again. read more
