Well those complications got worse and were never addressed by the doctors here. I had a cyst removal that turned into a giant scar causing years of consequences. I immediately tried to address this issue but was told it would be fine. It was not fine and turned into an unsightly and painful scar. After visiting for follow ups, I was completely ignored. The doctor did not conduct two layers of stitching, which is common practice. Considering this, the wound completely ripped open because there were no protective stitches under the skin to reinforce the wound. I was never told to come in for a stitching fix, but instead wait and see how it heals. Multiple plastic surgeons I've been to since said that they would have fixed it immediately. I could not be more upset with this office and how everything was handled. At the time I did not have health insurance and paid a lot out of pocket for this. If I had known my treatment would be handled so incompetently, I would have went to a plastic surgeon. I would not recommend Z-Roc for anything medical or dermatology related, and would suggest another dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

However, he just sold his practice to a big company and like any change of this nature, in my experience, the parent company is focused on maximizing profits. I did so as usual at the end of my last appointment, and that was it, or so I thought. Surprise, surprise. I just got a bill, more than two months after my appointment, for "lab services" from the parent company. So now they are going try to bleed their patients by nickel and diming them.
