Dr. Eldridge and his staff have been on time to all our appointments. Each time we go we have waited in the waiting room less than five minutes before they took us to the exam room. After the nurse took my husbands vitals, we waited less than five minutes before Dr. Eldridge came to the room. When I mentioned that they were quick he said that is one of his main focuses is getting patients in when they are promised to keep them happy. Dr. Eldridge is extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time discussing our medical issues and the anatomy behind the problems. He explained in detail his expectations for the treatment plan as well as dietary modifications which he himself holds important. He told us an example of what he does as far as exercise and diet which is refreshing to know that he practices what he is recommending. He never made us feel like he didn't have time for our appointment or that he was in a hurry. He remember all our names when we returned as well as certain things about our family that made us feel like we weren't just a number. There is a lab in the office and they will send you a copy of all your lab results in the mail. Dr. Eldridge also includes a letter that her writes explaining the lab work and what is recommendation is regarding changes in medication or if you need to call for a follow up based on results. The office staff is helpful and friendly which is a nice change from most places. We will continue to see Dr. Eldridge for many years to come! Glad we scheduled the appointment and waited!
