I had an EXTREMELY hard time getting anyone to take me as a client, even after EEOC said I had a case. What I found, was their intake specialist (whom was wonderful, and name alludes me (my apologies) asked the pertinent questions that actually got to the core of what they could work with. So you have to be honest with yourself, is the way you were treated unlawful, or is it just someone being an a**hole. Unfortunately, being an a**hole isn't against the law. I wasn't expecting anyone to actually take my case, since it was all "he said / she said". A couple of attorneys actually turned me down prior to a girlfriend recommending Linesch and Carrion.
