I had this done a few years ago. A month after they did it . It started chipping . Had them come back out and fix it again. And again a month later it started chipping . I contacted them again. They said they would send someone out. But , they never did . So it has been three years . Massive chips have come off . And Ill have to have someone else come in and re do what they were not willing to fix. I will not recommend this company to anyone .I paid 750.00 for them to do this and I expected it to last longer then it did . Update. The company tried sending out a technician to fix the problem. But it was short notice. So they offered a refund instead. They worked with me to try to correct the problem. I ended up choosing a different route . I had many issue after they installed due to not listening to instructions. They over charged me but so far did try to fix their mistakes the best they thought they could. Service was rough until I was in communication with Steven. Updating review it has been about 6 months. I use only the miracle method cleaner. The tub is chipping and looks pretty awful. The finish is already wearing through after less than a year. The finish seems to be so thin that it is wearing through. I have had to redo the chalking because it was also so thin it came off. The wall tiles that were new had scratches on them that were obviously from a circular motion of a grinder. The company stated that the scratches were there previously which is not true. This company is nothing but a scam at a very high price with a warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on. I would strongly advise choosing another company. There is another company that will do the job for 1/2 the price and give you double the warranty time. read more

I used my shower for the first time and noticed water was draining slowly which worked just fine before. when I contacted them they told me I need to call a plumber since its not their fault and that their tech said there was alot of hair that he had to remove which still doesnt answer my question why the drain is not working properly so make sure you take a video to show your water is draining fine before they start their job. Im pretty sure when the tech reinstall everything back it was not installed properly or why else would it not be working. read more

They did a great job. However several days later the seal started to peel off. We called the company. It took months to get them out to look at it. And that's all they did was look at it. To this day nothing has been fixed. The shower/and floor has not been used. I'd love for someone to call to get this resolved. read more

In October 2022 we hired Miracle Method to resurface a bathtub. By Dec 2022 ( within 8 weeks) the resurfacing material was peeling off in several spots. I called their office and was rudely told this was a warranty issue and that I would be charged $150-300 for a service call if I wanted it fixed. What!!?? I paid $874 in October and 8 weeks later their produce failed and I'm stuck paying more? I completed the warranty claim and a technician arrived to repair it. The technician was a polite young man and showed up on time. My warranty is 5-years and I have a feeling this is going to be an ongoing problem with peeling. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buy a new tub.....don't resurface!!! read more

I have experienced chipping in the tub. I thought it was going to be more durable then other re surfacing companies.

They did a great job on my tub but broke my glass door knob in my bathroom. I understand that accidents happen but instead of telling me about it, they tried to glue the glass knob back on. The glass is heavy and the glue didn't work. I had to bring it to their attention and request a reimbursement for a new door knob I bought on my own. I would have appreciated if they would have told me about it instead of discovering it on my own. read more

We had our shower and bath tiles redone last year. Some of the tiles were not buffed out entirely. After two weeks of having them complete the job I was told it would be ok to paint my walls. I taped off the bull nose tiles that were sprayed with Miracle Method with the yellow Frog tape, desinged for newer paint finishes and is a mild adhesive. When I pulled off the tape very carefully the Miracle Method finish came off with the tape. They sent out the tech who was very friendly but they charged me $75.00 for the repair call. So much for the warranty! Will not use them again. Other companies will do the same work for far less money and better warranty service. read more

Came and resurfaced tub in house I'm selling which is vacant. Tub faucet was dripping so they attached funnel and drain hose and placed drain hose into tub overflow. Unfortunately, the drain hose was carelessly shoved into overflow past the drain by the technician and water leaked behind tub down the wall and flooded basement. Needless to say caused thousands of $$$ of damage. When I called got the standard point the finger the other way not our mistake drill. Didn't even bother with and had zero interest to investigate. Miracle Methods mistake was verified by three independent plumbers and documented. I wish they would step up and rectify the mistake? As of this writing nothing. Of course, now from forced to get lawyers and insurance involved. Will update how this turns out. Needless to say obviously not impressed so far. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have dealt with as far as interaction with a company. I needed my bathtub repainted, simple. Dealt with Gabe on several phone calls to coordinate services, everything was great until the day of our apt. The apt was scheduled for 1:00PM, tech showed up at 9:00AM with no prior notice from the company whatsoever. Not to mention the tech showed up with NO gloves or mask! We are in the middle of a pandemic! Their site states they are taking precautions on COVID19, that's obviously not the case! I called the main office to find out what was going on. I spoke to a very rude woman named Erin (who supposedly is the co-owner). The whole call she was very rude, continued to speak over the top of me while I voiced my concerns to her. I advised I had been dealing with Gabe and would prefer he call me to work matters out with my apt. She then proceeded to be very unprofessional and rude and stated, "well we can just refund your deposit and you can go else where". I advised that I was not looking for a refund, I still wanted my apt, I just wanted to deal with Gabe (who I've been working with the whole time) on the matter rather than her. Gabe finally called me back about an hour later, and proceeded to tell me that Erin is the co-owner of the company, and is refusing to take the job. I asked him why is she refusing to take our job? Gabe said, that she said, "when certain issues arise with clients she feels it's best to refund deposit and cancel the job". I stated to him, that is absolutely no way to do good business. At that point Gabe started to become rude as well, I guess taking lead from Erin? All in all I feel she took it personal that I asked her several times to stop talking over the top of me during our phone conversation, and that I asked to speak with Gabe rather than her. The fact she is the "co-owner" and she handles business that way we is mind blowing to me. Good businesses and a good business owner listens to the client, does not talk over to the top of them, does not get unprofessional with a customer, and works out the consumers worries and concerns. They don't just cancel the job! I am a Realtor and I will not be referring this company to anyone, as no one deserves to be treated this way period! If I treated my clients this way I'd be out of a job. read more

Wonderful experience. Called for an estimate, the estimator came out the following week, she was able to schedule my bathtub refinish right then and the technician was out the following Monday. He spent half a day Monday and a quick 40 minutes on Tuesday and, just like that, our old tub looks beautiful!! It looks like a brand new tub. I was very impressed at the quality of the refinish. Gotta' love these people. Called and set an appointment to meet with estimator for bathtub refinishing. Received a nice follow-up email (from Miranda) confirming the future date and appointment time with the estimator. Estimator (Michael) arrived as promptly as scheduled and reviewed the scope of work with me. I asked that Michael to give me a week to consider his bid and follow up then. I received a nice follow up email from Miranda thanking me for taking thentime to meet with Michael, the estimator and to remind me that the company was currently three weeks out on doing new work. Seven days after meeting with Michael, he contacted me to see if I elected to move forward with the work. I had some questions and Michael was able to answer them to my satisfaction. I elected to accept their bid and a date was set for a technician to perform the refinishing. The day for the work to be done arrived and no technician. No call - No show. After all the great follow up to get the job Miracle Method simply dropped the ball. I have moved on.... But it was a waste of my time. read more

Horrible experience with this company, I'm not one to leave bad review of companies, however, I just listened to the "Co-Owner" Erin argue with my wife over them sending their tech over (Hours) prior to the scheduled appointment, when the site was not ready for them. She continued to argue with my wife & talk over her, would not listen to her concerns. Highly unprofessional. They showed up un-educated on what to do with the bathtub finish color. I had to stop the tech and send him away before our newly remodeled bathroom was ruined by their negligence. Meanwhile, the extremely unprofessional "Co-Owner" proceeded to cancel the job, because "she didn't like her tone" & we didn't adhere to them showing up hours early, not properly informing us of the process of the job, when they did not follow the schedule they set up. Customer service, & professionalism is non existent with this company. The other gentlemen my wife spoke with also started to argue with her, & said that the reason they cancelled the job is because the Co-owner "took it personal" that my wife asked her to please listen and not talk over her while she simply was voicing her concerns. Excellent, exceptional company. My kitchen sink was refinished. Jesse took a lot of care masking off the area around the sink to protect appliances, the granite countertops and the wood floor. The entire process was explained to me and I was even consulted about the shade after the first coat. I could have had the color darkened if I had preferred. The cleanup was thorough as well. The selection of colors and textures is plentiful. I will definitely use this company again if needed. read more

We scheduled Miracle method to come to our home and refinish our counter tops. The appointment was set 3 weeks out and the actual work was supposed to be started 8/31/2017 at 12pm. So we spent the morning preparing the kitchen and removing all the necessary items as agreed. At 1:15, they had yet to arrive and we received no communication from the company. I finally called to see what had happened and their excuse was the technician had an issue because of a broken pipe. So I asked why didn't anyone (the technician or office staff) call knowing that they would be late? They apologized and said that they would be here today 9/1/2017 promptly at 9am and would finish the job (it normally is a two day process) in one day. BY 9:30, they were still a no show. So i called the office and they put me on hold while they contacted the technician. They then told me the technician got held up at Hill AFB and was running late. This is when I lost all patience with these guys. I became agitated due to the fact that apparently the office and technicians don't communicate, nor does the company have enough common sense to let people know that they are running behind. Making excuses and apologizing does not simply excuse a company from being able to operate proficiently. I am glad I cancelled because I can only imagine how much worse things would have gotten if they can't even manage to show up on time or let the customer know what is going on. read more
