I filled out the 20 page documentation to be seen by the Physician Assistant - waited a few days and received a cold voicemail from the front desk stating that because of my health, the PA would not accept me as a new patient, although their website offered as this provider being the only one who was accepting patients over 5. If you need care, stay away from this clinic. I didn't realize providers who accepted new patients screened out those whom they took an oath to help.

He scared me whenever I had an appointment and I dreaded every appointment with him, but was my only option at the time. He insulted me in ways that messed with my self esteem on levels he will never understand. He also would make me sit in his office for hours after my scheduled appointment. I did not realize until reading the charges that it was because he was molesting other patients. He also put me on a LOA from my work due to depressipn, but he also double billed my insurance in addition to the Aetna claim I made (also highly illegal), making my scheduled short term disability payments I was expecting to receive void and I came very close to losing my house. When calling his office to fix the issue, he had lost his license and unable to act as a DR or communicate with my insurance company in any way. He made a very negative impact on my life, when I needed a good DR at the most. I pray he is never never able to prey on patients again. Dr J was amazing with his patient bedside manner making sure all my questions and concerns were answered without me feeling rushed. I am an RN and I'm pleased with both Tamirah and Dr J. I need to add Julia too who is such an inspiration to new nurses. I say this because Tamirah had questions and Julia patiently showed her how to do it. How great is that. Finally, Jennifer you took the extra time finding out about my prescription by calling my pharmacy and giving them the medication order. The information intake was great because there is no writing anymore....you use a hand held pad to fill out your information. All in all, Bravo to everyone for making my visit a great one.
