The reception was crowded and you would have to walk right past unmasked staff to go have your teeth worked on. The area where they work on teeth is not far from the reception area with all the unmasked people. The technicians are only wearing masks, no face shields while working on patience teeth which is not safe for them. We turned right around and left. My daughter only has a few more months of treatment, but I will never trust Hacken with her care! I'd pay anything to avoid that Covid pit! And there are at least dentists in South Bend that do care about their patience and staff. For instance, Granger Family Dentistry has their staff not only masked but with face shields and full hazmat suits.
