COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND EVEN NEGLEGENT. I have a service contract for twice yearly inspection and service and the last inspection was October 2024 and now in December 2025. Since then I was informed of a problem with the pump, which may have been avoided if the system was properly maintained when the company made the twice yearly inspections. In addition, they left me a message and a note to call about this "emergency" issue and have failed to return my calls and text messages. In addition, their service contract price is somewhat lower than their competitors, but their service prices are higher to make up for the price difference. I'm so disappointed with this company not meeting their contractual obligations and would not recommend to anyone. read more

The sad thing about this review is, that I haven't even been able to assess their work. The fact that this company has 2 stars on yelp doesn't surprise me one bit. I bought a house back in November of 2021 and made a deal with the sellers that they would cut me a check to replace my septic system. I have called, I want to say, 10-15 times since november and every time I get someone on the phone, they say "oh we will have someone call you back". Lo and behold, no one calls back. Can't even assess their work because I cant get anywhere passed a phone call with them. I guess that makes sense, I hate money too. Driver almost caused a three car accident on a1a by 5th ave, tailgating then cut me off forcing into median almost hitting oncoming car. Then douche driver rides the azz of suv in front of him until I turn into Mel bch. Alerted Mel bch and indialantic about him, I know lots of contractors are on our raids but please respect drivers/residents. The response from their company office was as "I could care less" as it gets. Apparently I'm not the only angry client...and I'm not a client! I recently received a xhexk in by the city who found that one small lid was not secure. After reviewing it, I found all screw holes were stripped in the plastic. It looksnlike the person servicing it had not seated the screws correctly. I called Brian Davis and explained I need it fixed as the system has only been serviced by their company. They sent out a person to look at it and they agreed it should have been screwed correctly. After several communications, email and calls, they finally got back with an estimate for ME to pay for their mistake. I requested several times to talk to the owner and get this resolved with no effort from them for over a month. I recommend not using this company! There are better ones out there, I have cancelled my contract and will go to another company. They are there just for money and don't care about their customers. STAY AWAY! read more

Brian Davis business is the worst. Office staff is very inefficient, specifically Rosa. They don't follow up on scheduled service and they don't communicate with the technicians when a service is requested. They have to be consistently called to get a technician to come out and perform the service that allegedly had been scheduled by them. We are only contracted with them because of our builder who used them to install our septic system. We have only been in our new home for a year, and were told the system needed a pump out. When the technician came out to perform the pump out, he asked why were we having it done because it wasn't really needed. Called because my alarm was going off, they came out and said they fixed the problem after dropping $150 on the part. I asked if the system needed a pump out and I was assured it did not and it was fixed. Now, I have sewage leaking out into my front yard and the system sounds like it's going to explode. Tried calling them several times and they apparently won't answering the phone in emergency situations. Called other companies and they are not legally allowed to even pump it out for me because I'm under contract with Brian Davis. Stay far, far, far away. read more

Davis at time of installation quote was $1000.00 less than other competing quotes. Warranty is useless because it covers items that can only fail because of people driving over drain field or over tanks which would void the warranty. So they know its very rare they would ever have to honor warranty work. Davis installed septic system new in 2017 and sold a warranty with system that stated system is warrantied for 10 years if we use them to pump out the system every 2 years. They charge more than other contractors to pump out tanks and try to hook you into them for the warranty they will never have to honor. Called today because the alarm for lift station is going off and will not stop. Receptionist told me there is a $225.00 service fee. I said what about my warranty and here's the last date you pumped out the system per the warranty agreement. Was told warranty only covers tanks and drain field. Does not cover pump for lift station or anything else. So I imagine they would easily say someone drove over the drain field or tanks to get out of warranty on those items. I will not be using Davis again and will be sure to advertise my experience with other home owners in the area. Once the better septic service does the repair for what ever has failed after their $125.00 service fee Ill post results. read more

Called first thing in the morning after calling all the others before them that were booked up. I was told they had an opening between 12-2pm. Stephen showed up about 11pm, he was very knowledgeable about the situation I already pretty much had everything located for him, but he had to dig up the lid. After clearing the lid off he realized the lid was actually concreted on. So he had a hard time breaking it all away to be able to unseal the lid. He worked hard and steady until he got it broke free. After getting it off he realized it wasn't even full and it was just clogged at the "T" he unclogged it for us, he didn't even recommend us getting it pumped because he advised us everything was working as it should minus the clog. We opted to have it pumped out anyways because of the timeframe we have owned the house it hadn't been pumped. I contracted with Brian Davis Septic in December 13 after finding them in BBB with a A+ Rating. It took multiple calls to get them to fax over the paper work. Since that time I've experienced the problems listed below. While reading these, please note that this company is licensed by the State heath department to service it's constituents for required services: 1. Initial inspection stated all was well, however both tanks badly in need of pump out. Several calls required to schedule the pump out, all by me, in January (around the 10th) 2014. 2. In January 10, during pump out, service techs stated that the "inspectors don't really look for that sort of thing." However tanks were open and inspected. 3. During this service call, asked about leakage into yard from what was eventually determined to be a bad emitter. "Yeah, hmm, weird." However no further information given, nor the need to fix as eventually determined. Techs at this time stated "everything else looks good and in working order." 4. After the pump out in January, 10, pump began making strange noise, as though water in pump. Communicated to office, attempting to schedule visit to inspect. Promised callback twice, none returned by office staff. 5. In May 2014 as pump sounds began to increase, contacted office again to schedule visit, took several calls, again from me, never called back, to schedule visit. 6. During visit, aerator pump was determined to be bad, and screw covers for vegetation covers/tank cover not screwed down properly, and would have been an inspection violation... last service was by this company, so error was theirs. 7. During same visit in May, previously mentioned emitter determined to be issue needing repair. 8. After calling office, informed that the pump issue was noted in January, however this was not ever explained as an issue needing replacement. Issue was slight in January, continued operation and a failure to respond to my initial concerns 4 months prior while in need of repair was likely cause of eventual failure, or at the very least accelerated it. 9. When trying to get a price quote for replacement/repair work required 7 calls between 5/28 and 5/30, nearly all of them ending with a promise of a callback that never occurred. Each time I had to follow up. During this time, the aerator has been off leaving me out of code. 10. After several calls, was finally able to schedule a time for the repair, Wednesday, 6/4 between 8 and 10 AM. I took time off work to be here to pay and monitor the service. At 9:40, with no one yet hear and no call, I called to confirm. I was told by the office person (Rosa, who has been the person I've dealt with consistently and had such terrible response) said that they would need to reschedule for 6/6 because one of their "people had a, um, problem." I strongly feel I was simply forgotten, and previous experiences do nothing to dissuade this. I asked how I was supposed to know if no one called and that I took time off work for this, I was placed on hold, and told that someone would be by this after noon, now requiring me to miss an entire day of work. This is absolutely the most terrible customer service experience I have ever experienced or witnessed, and I manage a customer service call center, and makes the BBB A+ rating meaningless. Resolution: Because of the many servicing issues, service mishaps, incomplete work, failure to respond, advise and/or notice existing issues for a service I have paid for, the only way this can be reasonably accommodated is with a free (or, at the very least, discount in excess of 75%) pump replacement and official apology from the business itself, acknowledging their failures and admitting fault. I would advise against doing business with Brian Davis. We have used the company many times in the past to pump our septic. This time they told us we needed a new one. We agreed and gave them a deposit to do the work. The estimate tripled from their original quote. Brian Davis came to my home and told me he would refund my deposit since it was much more extensive than originally expected. We have emailed, called , and text with no response back. They did not do the work and have not refunded our deposit to date. It has been over three weeks of attempting to get our deposit back. The office and Brian Davis have not even returned a phone call, text or email. Completely unacceptable and shocking! Do not use their services! If I could give a zero rating I would. WORST company to ever do your septic, or drianfield. We had our replaced not even one whole year ago. I believe it was in June or July and there is already a problem!!! There is a 3 foot by 3 foot area of mushy, nasty, smelly muck. This is the reason why we got it replaced before. Now, today they were suppose to come out at noon, never showed, we called, lady who answers the phone says 1-3. Never shows. We call back, they will be there shortly. Never shows. Around 445 I call and she lady says 5 mins. I'm not writing this post at 615. Noone is there answering the phones since they close at 5. Mind you i did ask if the men show up after hours she said yes. I think this lady is making up shit out of her ass! I've never been so disappointed with a service in my entire life! This company is a joke, We needed a drain and field done and went with this company... Huge mistake. We paid in full and have been waiting OVER 4 MONTHS!!!! Every time I call they give me the same bull shit reason of they are waiting on permits from the health department, even though they sent there surveyor out over 2 1/2 month ago. If you have any sort of time sensitive jobs i Implore you to go with ANYONE else. Are water is getting to the point where it will not even drain. I just called the health department this company is completely deplorable. I have had the worst experience with them. My alarm was going off all the time and they told me I needed to replace my drainfield which would cost me $3,000. The thing is that I had it replaced by them 2-3 years prior. My neighbor came over one day and found that the pump was not working. I replaced the pump for $69 and it fixed the problem - I even passed the inspection from the Dept of Health. read more
