The issue was the delivery, the judgmental tone, and the lack of professionalism and compassion throughout the interaction. At one point he even rolled his eyes while I was trying to explain myself. No patient should leave a consultation feeling humiliated or psychologically analyzed instead of medically evaluated. No pathology report of the fluid and material removed from the surgical area as requested by Kaiser Medical.
