And these six figure employees at KNR don't care how their clients live because they have money. It's disappointing, disturbing, sad, and frankly downright wrong for KNR not to provide this service. Now myself or an emissary of mine have to be inconvenienced by having to go to KNR's Westerville, Oh to pick up this check, whenever it gets to them via US mail. Very, very sad and not good customer/client service.
