When I asked if they could recommend an attorney better suited to handle a more in-depth matter, if we choose to go that route but at this the attorney declined representation entirely and did not provide a clear explanation for the decision. Although the deposit was refunded, the process resulted in a significant loss of time and caused frustration, particularly given that my interest in exploring a more complex option had been disclosed from the beginning.

At the end of the shift that he fell asleep on he asked the shift manager for money to get home. We told the company that Friday that we would not be using his services anymore. The company was supposed to get in contact with us regarding our terrible experience the following Monday and I never heard from them. I had to contact them that Tuesday to express my displeasure at the quality of employee they sent. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from them asking us "how it was working out with the employee they sent us." I couldn't help but to ask if this was a joke call. This week we received a $900 bill for one week of work and they have ZERO intentions of reducing that bill. I would NOT recommend using their services for ANY employment.

After he called to notify me, I immediately called my bank and told them it was an approved transaction. However, between PayPal and my bank, it took a long period of time to reverse the charge. A couple weeks later, the law firm dropped my case and I had to get a public defender within 2 days of the court date just because I was under the impression the bank was taking care of the matter but they assumed I was "playing games." I hired them to avoid going to jail for something I didn't do, but ended up going to jail for 30 days. After I got released, the bank finally released the payment of $2000 to them and the law firm took all of it. They said it took that long to go my discovery documents. I even offered to give them up to $800 for their time. And then he has the nerve to get nippy with me on the phone when I was trying to explain exactly what happened. Zack is only looking out for his pocket. Do not hire. They don't have your back.
