When contacting State Farm regarding a flat cancel, they refused to refund us our money including our home mortgage escrow, automobiles, and motorcycle. My Allstate agent had to escalate up to the corporate level for the next level of resolution. Still have not received my refund, 2 months later. Not a reputable agent. Hopefully they are just a poor example of the service that State Farm provides, but buyer beware.

I understand everybody is overwhelmed and understaffed but don't make a promise you can't keep and then charge me for it and cause me to lose thousands of dollars because things were late . You've been in this industry for over 20 years why would you still use a Yahoo email account as your professional business account? I had to drive to his office because he couldn't send a 23 KB file which is small enough to send over in a text message . I definitely do not recommend using Larry if you want your business to succeed . If you're just filing individual tax returns he may be able to help you out but don't expect to have any communication with him . I've called him many times and it always goes to voicemail then I receive a text message saying I'll call you back later and it never happens . I call this office this morning and the lady did not answer the phone but when I arrived at his office the phone rang and she picked it up . I've banked with Peoples Savings Bank of Rhineland and their multiple local branches and they have given nothing but excellent service to me and to everyone I know who banks with them. However, Tammy was assigned to help me with this task, and she was just wonderful. She was so patient with my questions. She made helpful suggestions, but didn't try to push anything on me.
