I got exactly what I wanted, all the information I needed and the results are better than I had hoped.

I recently called for help to find information I've lost over the years (19 yrs) about a surgery I had by Doc. Brzowski. The staff in his office I talked to at first were very kind, but I had to make a few more calls to try and sort out what I needed. I was then transferred over to Amanda (the RN) who was so rude and annoyed by me she full out told me she wasn't going to do anything more. Amanda also spoke this way to the staff member where I'm currently being seen who called on my behalf. Honestly, we both couldn't believe this RN was so determined to tell us to take a hike. I know the customer can be tough sometimes but I wasn't upset or even frustrated. I was just asking for a fax to be sent to my doctor. Before my surgery here in a different state I half considered flying back to Utah to have Brzowski do it again but I'm happy I stayed where I'm at. As far as the work from Doc. Brzowski I received 19 years ago, I was happy with it, and he seemed very caring. The nurse back then tried to talk me into doing something more extreme and I'm so glad I didn't. Staff are the heart and soul of the office. It's a large part of what brings us to recommend the office to others. I also want to add something Doc. Brzowski said to me that I've never forgotten. When I was there in the office to discuss my situation, I cried. I was so embarrassed and felt my womanhood kind of slipping away. I needed this surgery to help get a part of me back. Doc. Brzowski told me that this is why he loves his job, because he can help people who really need it. He was so very sincere. read more

I had a breast augmentation done at Brzowski's August 2023. It has left me with very asymmetrical areolas. Dr. Bzowski has never been able to provide me with a medical explanation as to what happened with my nipples. He instead led me on for a year saying that it would change with healing, and then that he could fix it. Until my last appointment with him when he said going back into surgery could make it worse. My experiences with them prior to surgery were great, his staff is very friendly and helpful. They prepare you very well for everything you need to do and what medications you need to get before surgery, and I experienced no pain whatsoever from my operation. My postop appointment's is when things started to get sketchy. The first time the bandages on my breasts were removed revealing the shape of my areolas, the doctor didn't even acknowledge the drastic size difference, I only noticed when he had left the appointment and I looked in the mirror, I'm sure you can imagine my devastation. After consulting with other plastic surgeons, they've been able to provide me with multiple explanations as to what might have gone wrong. They've also proposed a way to fix it that was different than what Brzowski was proposing, and it makes more sense to me due to better explanation and understanding of my situation, and of course confidence in success. It's also worth noting that when I requested my file from Brzowskis, the most important paper (my operation notes in full) was missing. This has been a long and depressing journey for me. It's no fun paying 12k just to replace your insecurity with a worse one. Brzowski's also been unwilling to refund me just %15 of what I paid him, so I can either put it towards a tattoo cover up or another procedure with my new surgeon who was able to 100% guarantee me success that he could fix it, unlike Brzowski who expected me to flip a coin without even knowing what went wrong the first time. Unfortunately my opinion of Brzowski is he mainly cares about money, not his patients well being. I strongly advise to not come here, and to go to Dr. Richard Fryer instead. Fryer cared about my well being and even offered to contact Brzowski for me to get the missing paper in my file, and proposed many options to save me money. Brzowski will try to talk you into paying more by suggesting things like liposuction. Im still holding out hope Brzowski has a change of heart on my very reasonable refund, so I can finally look at myself in the mirror without devastation and regret. read more

I am beyond happy with my results after surgery. Dr. Brzowski and staff were extremely kind and helped me every step of the way! All of my questions were answered and all of the info I received before my procedure made me feel sure and safe. I would definitely go back in the future if I decide to have anything else done, and I absolutely recommend them for anyone looking! read more

From start to finish these people were incredible!! I was just kinda getting ideas and called for information they were sooo helpful and kept checking on me seeing if I was ready or had questions. When I was finally ready the consultation went swimmingly and everyone was so comforting and pleasant and the appointments leading up to the procedure were nothing short of amazing. When procedure day came around they were hands on in making sure I had everything I could possibly need to aide in my recovery gave me tips and tricks and it was so easy! I am about 4 months post op and the healing process was incredible and the results Im extremely satisfied I would recommend this place over and over and over again! He doesn't tell you if the outcome will be successful after spending thousands of dollars. It was a waste of hard earned money. Also, his breath was so bad. read more

Honestly the best plastic surgeon I've ever met. I wanted to get in quick, they got me in for a consultation within a week and surgery was scheduled for about 3 months later. Every single time I was in the office they made me feel so comfortable and they were very professional. Dr Brzowski was awesome, he is such a great dr. very professional and clearly cares about your results and what you are wanting. I am thrilled with my results and honestly couldn't recommend Brzowski more! read more

Don't waste $250 on a consult fee only to have them quote you much higher for a procedure (after you've already paid), than they tell you over the phone!! I spoke with Dr Brzowski's clinic on the phone on several occasions about an "Implant Exchange" procedure and price.(Switch current implants with new ones) They quoted me a price on the phone and said, "The only additional cost would be medication if you need it"... So I went ahead and paid $250 for their consult fee, scheduled the consult, went over everything with Dr Brzowski, and then received a price quote much higher than the one they gave me over the phone. When I called them out on this price jump, they said that the original price quote , "didn't include the implants"... That is the most RIDICULOUS thing Ive ever heard!!! What on earth is an "Implant Exchange" that doesn't include the implants?!?! Horrible experience!! Horrible service and rude staff!! There are plenty of surgeons that will do consults for free or much less than Brzowskis $250!! Don't waste your time and money!!! They are a joke! read more

"We are and 'elite' plastic surgery office". Well they surely don't act "elite". If I could give them 0 stars I would. Let me explain, I called a couple months back for a consultation, I was wanting to get a procedure done but wanted to go meet a couple doctors and see the office. I wanted to be sure that the procedure I was getting done was in the hands of an all around professional. Professional staff, professional doctor and a professional / perfectionist at plastic surgery. So when I called to schedule my appointment I asked about a free consultation because I had heard of one (they checked with another employee first), she said yes they can honor that deal then proceeded to set up the appointment. They told me the time and date then the call was ended. Leading up to my appointment I NEVER got a reminder call. What kind of doctors office DOESN'T do reminder calls? Things come up in people's lives! People get BUSY. It is very important to do those calls so that shows that 1 they don't care and 2 they're not true professionals. I wasn't able to make my appointment for personal so I get a CHARGE of $150?!?! they didn't even do their job and call me before hand!!! I tried explaining to the lady on the phone that there must've been a mix up bc I was told it was free and would not get charged. She was very rude and refused to give my money back?!? Excuse me?! I work HARD for my money and you are going to take over a hundred of it?! I asked to speak to the doctor she said I wasn't allowed to "because I wasn't a patient"??? What kind of doctors office (or whatever u want to call this place) says that?? I've worked for a Dr before, if a patient was upset or there was confusion he asked to talk to them to clear things up and to help the patient so his company didn't get dinged for it! I tried and tried to get my money back and the lady refused. She said it's a family run buisness. Okay well if it is you'd think the Dr would coach his employees more to help patients out and to let them talk to him when there's a big enough problem! Also you'd think he'd give my money back too! He doesn't need it!! To him that might not be a lot of money but to other people like me it is a lot!!! Money means something to me, I'm not going to just go waste it like that. Moral of the story, they never told me EVER that I'd be charged for no show or even for going at all. I was never informed. So, DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT EVEN CALL! You can find a plastic surgery office that gives you WAY better service and you won't be scared they'll take your money read more

My experience at this office was 100% as good as it gets. Starting with the wonderful receptionist, his beautiful office and amazing staff (especially Amanda). Dr. B is the best and made me feel so comfortable. I did have a few procedures done but he actually talked me out of doing something pretty extensive which made me feel like he had the best intensions for my needs. It's not about getting a ton of patients and taking money, it's about whats best for his patients. That made me trust him the first day i met him which is why i returned a couple years later. He does amazing work and has the best after care for patients. read more
