We had a small fireplace fire two years ago, and Aaron is unable, or unwilling to send my my home owners insurance policy so I can see why the carrier is refusing $40K in content and $6K in utilities. The carrier says "see your policy on how to sue us." - yet, Aaron nor the carrier will supply the policy. LOOK ELSEWHERE if I were you.

In addition, there was a small matter of interior clean up which required a detail service. Not only did I have to call time after time and explain this to several different people, but when I finally got Sarkella on the phone he also gave me the runaround. It felt like pulling teeth just to have my car cleaned up like they promised. He may know insurance but beware if you need a claim paid out- They have no problem taking your money but seem to be very cheap about paying out claims. One star because I did FINALLY get the work completed--- but dealing with them was a HUGE hassle on top of everything else.
