This group is absolutely fantastic. Their office is clean and professional. Their staff though, is what makes that office what it is. Amazing bunch of people. You can tell they hand select their people and they are a pleasure to deal with. Most recently, I had the honor of dealing with Jennifer Quigly regarding my auto insurance specifically. I was so happy with my experience that I wanted to make sure she received the recognition she deserves. I've never written a Yelp review for anyone or any business. This is my first. Her overwhelming positive attitude and amazing personality compelled me to write this review. Although, I did not deal with the rest of the staff personally, it is clear to me they all must share similar qualities. She even mentioned what a great guy Phil is himself! Glad to hear they take care of their people over there. I consider myself lucky to have walked in at a time that situated me to deal with her. We HAD to call to add a new vehicle and a new driver to our account. We've lost 4 hours of time over the last week doing this and playing phone tag with them. As of today, we called back to make sure everything was good, because they once again never called us back. They informed us the rates went up over the weekend and we had to start the entire process over again AND pay the new rate when we agreed to a lower rate days earlier. They never finished the process with our CC and now we face the consequences? Unreal. Shop elsewhere. Anywhere but here. When we went to add our son to the policy we joked for months about the probability of this happening again. But didn't expect to be this floored by the utter incompetencey.

This woman lied to me on the phone and said she told me what the price would be. WRONG. I would never have bought the policy if I knew it coat this much. She lied again when I came into the office to cancel the policy, saying she told me the price. I told her to cancel my policy. 3 days later I called the insurance company directly, and SURPRISE, she didn't cancel my policy. I'm not joking in any way, this woman is a con artist. She said I probably would not get money back on the policy I cancelled. A policy I had for 4 days, and I'm not getting any money back. This woman does not list her last name on any papers or business cards. She is a grifter.
