Their website is user friendly and you are also provided discounts if you order multiple items. They ship their products fast and the shipment usually arrives faster than the expected time frame. The easel-backs are packaged safely and have never arrived damaged. I also appreciate that if I have any questions, I email them and receive a response by the next day. I have had several pieces framed over the years. Most recently, I had a photo from a NYT article framed alongside the headline. The recipient LOVED the finished product. And it was reasonably priced given that it was custom framed. I returned recently to get a couple of custom mats for some off-the-shelf frames that I had bought at Target. The owner passed no judgment on the Target frames, just offered his opinion on the best mats for my watercolors. He's going to do the installation as well. Such a lovely person. I need to get all my framing done in the next few years because I fear that he may retire in the near future!! PS: street parking is actually quite easy in front of his store!
