Was told the worst part of the procedure is administering the anesthetic, because it burns a little, and having to wear the support stockings for two weeks. Day one, not so bad. Just a little pressure. Day two was more painful. But day 3 & 4 were an absolute nightmare! On Day 3, I expressed to Dr. Fox that it is was very painful, and he said he would add more anesthetic. The last day? Horrible! I told Dr. Fox before the procedure that he hurt me the day before, and could he please use more of the anesthetic before starting. He said he would, but it was awful! I felt everything! I cried out in pain, and he didn't stop. Kept right on going. I will never let Dr. Fox touch me again. I did let the staff know. Both his assistant and the PA both were very kind and apologetic. But neither seemed very surprised. Maybe they were just being "professional" or maybe they've heard this before. IDK I just wanted to warn any other potential clients.

I was going to the Joint for relief for the past few years as the pains were more of a nuisance than a major concern, until it wasn't. I developed a problem in the sacrum that left me unable to move around as easily and fulfill my tasks for those who depend on me the most. The Joint visits provided temporary relief, of which I was thankful, but I had gotten to the point where I wouldn't be able to care for the parents if it persisted. My previous surgeon who had removed a cyst from my L4/5 spine wouldn't even get me in for an appointment for almost two months. My chiropractor, Dr. Price, at MVMT chiropractic text Dr. Badlani and they had me in for an appointment within a day. Dr Badlani recommended LTIF surgery which he was able to schedule for the following week provided my insurance would give the pre-authorizaton in time for the surgery. This is where Cheryl went into action. She was able to provide all documents to the insurance and get the approval accomplished in just two days. The surgery was performed at a small private hospital instead of a large more crowded hospital. I did my post op PT at Dr. Badlani's location at Orthopedic Sports medicine and again they handled all of the insurance filing so I could just concentrate on my health and recovery. 8 weeks post surgery and I have great results. I can't thank Dr. Badlani, Cheryl and the entire staff enough for showing compassion and efficiency in helping me with my entire situation.

It started with injections and nerve pain medication. When those things weren't working he started me on a pain patch, finally something that helps. Perhaps the Doctor is unaware of the charges made by his office personnel, but I would suggest he finds out. I called the office and was told that I could not return the brace and that if I didn't want to pay as much as I was told I just shouldn't have bought it. Dr. also has an option for topical oil that she sells in her office in the event insurance cost were too high. We visited Sugarland office, which has convenient parking.
