Dr. Charles is also exceptional in that he won't just jump to prescription medicines to fix symptoms; he wants to find the root problem and treat that, instead of symptoms. He will also recommend herbal remedies and dietary changes when he thinks that will work better than prescription drugs, which is rare for western doctors. The whole staff is very kind, and as someone else mentioned, there is never a long wait. My husband and I both recommend Dr. Charles and his nurse practitioner very highly.

Still no positive result. No streaming in my right aid. I renewed my warranty for a year for $500. Still no streaming from my right hearing aid. Then still no streaming on the right. I paid another $350 and got a new right aid. Still no streaming. I called a Widex technician and was told to return with the aid to ENT and call Widex. A technician will solve the problem. The covering audiologist called the Widex technician and the problem was solved. My regular audiologist blamed my iPhone, blamed me, blamed Widex. She never called Widex for assistance. ENT Bayside Flushing is now unwilling to be responsible for the unnecessary costs I incurred. I would therefore strongly recommend you avoid this place. My unnecessary costs of $925 should be refunded to me.

He provided me with informational documents about dust mites and products that would be effective against dust mite allergy without trying to sell me anything.
