I filled it before realizing it was redundant. That was apparently enough to count the visit as "successful," because now I'm not only out the copay, but I've also received another bill for $45. In short: I paid for a visit where my concern wasn't treated, was given a redundant prescription, and then was billed again on top of my copay. This feels far more like a billing racket than medical care.

The communication is always extremely poor and sometimes combative, especially from Natasha, (if needing to reschedule, running a few mins late, needing questions answered before spending thousands of dollars, etc.). I've not once gotten an apology for any inconveniences or discrepancies and they make it really difficult to reach the doctor unless you're paying over $100 to see her in person (and good luck with getting that appointment any time soon). As a person who has been a patient since January, I feel like I deserve a little more respect with regards to my time and sensitivity with regards to my needs.
