I called the agency because I could not find a current copy of the insurance and was told they couldn't search by name which I found odd and was told someone would call back, which they never did. So I had my insurance agent who handles my insurance look at the policy, the first problem was that it was a "Non Admitted" policy. Afterward, my insurance person came back with an "Admitted" policy that was $700 cheaper and had $165,000 more coverage. Two months later I heard from someone at McMann Price warning me that the house insurance needed to be renewed. Now it seems they found the policy and a way to contact me. I just ignored them as should everyone else.

So we went in to enquirer about the rentals. We went on a Saturday, but needed the truck Sunday. The owner, Bill Reynolds, was wonderful. He explained everything about the rental to us as well as reserved the truck for us free of charge. When we came to pick it up we joked some more and he walked us outside to the truck. Bill had a staff of about 4 working, but he as the owner made it is business to take us to the truck and record the information! It was a pleasure to have met Bill. Bill's store offer tax service, car insurance, and truck rentals. If you need anything in this capacity I suggest giving Reynolds & Reynolds a try.
