I received an E-mail back from Karl at 6:48 this evening (less than two hours later,for those of you that are not good at math) explaining that the company had in fact changed it's DBA (Doing Business As) name since I initially signed her up and assuring me that this was NOT a phishing scam from a company that I did not recognize.
