2 years ago my wife and purchased a brownstone in Brooklyn. At the recommendation of a friend, we reached out to Michael Amoia who provided us with an incredibly low rate for amazing coverage. A year later, we had some flood damage which required the bottom two floors of our house to go into construction. The insurance adjustor was painfully slow and came back with a cost for repairs that was nothing shy of insulting, covering less than 50% of the total repair cost. Michael has been the best agent we could ask for - he really goes above and beyond. 4 years ago, when we were first-time home buyers, he was helpful and patient, answering our millions of questions and helping us pick the best policy for our home.
