In the day and age of DOT COM insurance, it is great to know that there are still agents out there that have their client's best interests at heart!!! Brian Stevens and his team are phenomenal!! I have been a State Farm insured for a long time and love the personal attention that I receive. I bought a new house and moved to Chandler and both my wife and I were heartbroken to change Agents. I'm now 40 years old and I've never had an insurance agent, until now, that continues to go the extra mile. I first learned about Brian from a new acquaintance. I was new in town 5 years ago and needed to get my insurance moved over to a local agent. Brian had (and still has) a great list of companies or people who do different services and every one of them were professional and effective. Brian knows that if he recommends someone and that person/company doesn't do a good job, then it'll reflect on him. His vetting process has proven itself and it's given me an added value to my relationship with my agent. Brian will make time with you and help however he can. I've seen it and you'll see it too. I cannot believe the service I got from Brian Stevens state farm. I worked with Robert Targosz, and he seriously saved the day for me. I was ready to swear off State Farm as a whole since my last agent at a different office incorrectly recorded my VIN on my auto insurance policy, which got me pulled over for not having insurance despite paying for it. However, when I called Brian Stevens and Robert answered, not only did he say he would make it right, he bundled my auto, renters, and life insurance and is saving me literally hundreds of dollars. He even met me at a Starbucks that was closer to my house than his office to sign all of the paperwork. Within hours (not days like the other office) I had my insurance quote sent to myself, my lender, and had all of my questions and concerns immediately answered. About a month ago I decided to see if I could get some cheaper car insurance rates. I had been with my previous company for probably 10 years and the rates keep going up, now I have not had a ticket or been in an accident in decades, so I couldn't figure out why my rates were increasing? I noticed this State Farm agency a few blocks from my house and decided to give them a call. Brian was so nice and friendly, he was quick, efficient and answered all my questions. I have 3 personal vehicles, and he saved me over $1,000 dollars a year, and I got the exact same coverage, in fact, this coverage is a little better. Love Love this Agency, I went into Brian's office just for an auto quote and going in I was just astounded by the exceptional service I'd received. First off, I have not ever walked into a business and was just greeted with so many smiles, but Brian Steven's office did and I was immediately taken back. I had the fortune of speaking with Ken Sharp about my insurance policies. Not only was Ken extremely knowledgeable about all facets of each type of policy but he was extremely personable as well. From the very beginning, Ken explained all coverages, differences in pricing between liability amounts and other avenues that I could choose if the ones he spoke of were not best suited to me.
