I always thought USAA had the best rates, but when Mickey showed me my options at State Farm, the amount I saved was coconuts... Not only was he knowledgeable about all of my options when it comes to insurance, but I had a glass claim that Mickey helped me take care of in 24 hours. I was a USAA member before I switched to State Farm and it took me a month to get an appointment when they were my insurance. Mickey helped me file a claim and get new glass the very next day. whenever I have any questions, Mickey responds quickly and gives me the full picture of my options without any bias. When I switched from USAA, not only were my premiums lower, but Mickey advised me how I could bundle renters insurance to save even more money... I always thought USAA was the cheapest, but now that Mickey is my agent, not only am I saving money, but I have better coverage than what I had with the ol' eagle. Appreciate Valery's knowledge and effort in assisting us in transferring our current homeowner insurance over to State Farm. After many years with our insurance company, we recently were notified that the coverage on our home was being switched to a company we were unfamiliar with. They were issuing a new policy number, new terms and we had to make several calls to correct the inaccuracy of the homes interior, exterior and overall structure. You'll never speak to Sean- he has a team that ensure he's never contactable or accountable. My rates would change often without explanation and every time I tried to get an answer they blamed head office. What is the point of these middle men if they have no answers or control over the stuff they sell you, I'd rather deal with a website. I had car and house insurance. In 6 years I made two claims, one for a cracked windscreen and one less than $4k for a leak in the garage. After the second one they cancelled the policy. AVOID STATEFARM. They all franchise so these people will change your prices monthly and make excuses for it. I started with a different office and got switched to this office where they don't have any rational reasoning for price gouging then making excuses like "well you should of known" switched to progressive for 15$ less. We recently moved here from the Midwest. I've been with State Farm since I was 16 (in my 40s now), and I have NEVER had an agent who would score more than three stars . . . until Sean. He spent a ton of time reviewing our coverage, transferring our policies, and ensuring we had everything we needed and wanted. He also managed to be extremely patient with our highly demanding children. Unfortunately, the bank with our mortgage made an error and started charging us for their house insurance on top of the coverage we have through State Farm, which they had proof of at closing. Wow! I was blown away by this guy. Very rarely do you meet someone with such a high level of integrity and genuine care. Firstly, his follow up was spot on, called when he said he would and was flexible in scheduling a meeting.
