Customer service 10/10 Towing work 10/10 Time wise work 10/10 I had a delivery in the country right after the snow storm. And even though I was 30000 o couldn't beat this steep uphill. When I got stuck I tried to put chains on, tried to get out, it was all pointless I just have wasted my energy for nothing. I had no choice but to find a towing. Every and each towing I called they told me crazy prices and they were closest to my location. Last and furthest location was Curt's Towing. So when I called, the lady at the phone asked me all questions nicely she gave me an accurate ETA of an hour for the drivers arrival. Curt himself arrived 10 minute late even though everything was covered in ice. Like I have said the nicest towing driver I have ever met. After he took me out of a ditch, he didn't just asked for money and left, he was really nice to come up to me and ask me if I would be able yo climb up on that hill. I told him I wouldn't. They are thorough and do complete checks as the complete your requested service. Everyone is professional, friendly and effecient. I also love that they have a uniform and everyone I have seen looks clean, in well repair and ready for work. That means they care, and there is leadership. The facility is clean, and everything is in it's place. Of course I looked, I suspect it would pass a motor pool inspection. They are likely not the "cheapest" but I have found over many years of life and buying things that you do truly get what you pay for. I imagine we have some good years ahead.

We recently were in the shop when a young man on his way home for Christmas had an expensive breakdown and did not know how he was going to pay for the parts and labor to get his car running again. Kingdom auto say it's battery and I pay to fix it. It works fine for about a month. 12-10-2024 The car is doing the same as before not starting, call Curt's tow and have them tow it to kingdom. It's a starter, pay the tow and mechanic. Works fine for two days 12-12-2024 The same thing car is not starting. Talk to Jen at Curt's towing who says manager is not available, explain my experience is like at kingdom. Propose a refund for tow. She takes my number and still waiting on a call back. He tried to charge me $480 for a battery for my jeep wrangler which didn't include installation. When i refused, he tried to charge me $70, half an hour of diagnostics, for checking 2 of my fluids (oil & transmission fluid) without performing the diagnostic on my transmission, i was there to get a transmission diagnostics. In addition, got mad and hung up in my face because i chose to take it elsewhere. Horrible experience, I highly DO NOT recommend. The new shop I took it to informed me that my battery that was already in the jeep was under warranty and I can switch it out if I want or he can get me a better battery (same battery that Risters tried to charge me $480 for), for $250.
