We immediately were sent a text from them with an app that told us how many minutes it would take to reach us! R & B Towing arrived 17 minutes later. The gentleman immediately got straight to work taking out our spare, inflating it and changing our tire. He then followed us to the nearest Walmart to get a new tire.
