Customer service 10/10 Towing work 10/10 Time wise work 10/10 I had a delivery in the country right after the snow storm. And even though I was 30000 o couldn't beat this steep uphill. When I got stuck I tried to put chains on, tried to get out, it was all pointless I just have wasted my energy for nothing. I had no choice but to find a towing. Every and each towing I called they told me crazy prices and they were closest to my location. Last and furthest location was Curt's Towing. So when I called, the lady at the phone asked me all questions nicely she gave me an accurate ETA of an hour for the drivers arrival. Curt himself arrived 10 minute late even though everything was covered in ice. Like I have said the nicest towing driver I have ever met. After he took me out of a ditch, he didn't just asked for money and left, he was really nice to come up to me and ask me if I would be able yo climb up on that hill. I told him I wouldn't.
