The KBB said the vehicle is worth $11,340-15,500. He said they would only give us $9,000. He said that he had to rerun the state inspection and emissions even though we literally just did them two weeks ago. He also claimed there were codes coming up but nothing was showing on the dash. The car is pretty perfect other than needing two front tires, and our mechanic even verified this during the inspection Kim had made copies of all our documentation before we even discussed our deal, and took to me via voicemail that Herb took them home with him. Kim swears up and down that we took them home with us, that we went into his office and did so. We did no such thing! We sat on the couch the whole time other than to go to the bathroom. If they watch their cameras they will see this is untrue. We didn't even go up there to grab the key off Herb, he came to the top of the stairs to hand it to us. After we refused his offer, we started to leave and he chased us down to offer us $9,500. We refused again and went home.
