The recliner is several years old and was in the tv room, it had never been cleaned, and was very dirty. After a thorough inpection he told me it was microfiber and would clean up fair because of all the food and beverage spots. When he was done with it I thought it looked good. I also thought his price was fair considering how much time he spent at my house compared to what I've payed before. I was a very pleased customer.

I made the mistake of contracting with Spot Free for a 2-room carpet cleaning. I spoke to "Wayne"…read more(owner, I believe, is Alan Wayne Keeney) and after a conversation about the process and how long it would take, we agreed on a date and time. I then spent the 2 days prior to the appointment packing up small items and moving furniture into other rooms (who would have thought a queen size bed would fit in the bathroom and the kitchen would accommodate a couch?). On the morning of the appt, no one shows up. After multiple unanswered phone calls and email, it became apparent that not only was no one going to show up but no one was going to return any messages (he could have just lied and said he had a flat tire on the way to my house). Fortunately I hadn't paid in advance for the service so I don't have to chase them down to get a refund like the person in the other Yelp review. But I did have to drive to another town, rent a carpet cleaning machine, and complete the project myself. (Since all the furniture was stacked in a pile it seemed like a wasted effort if I didn't get the job done.) Wayne told me they were doing hundreds of carpet cleaning jobs per month. I can't imagine that is true based on the very poor company they have proven themselves to be.
