I am in Rapid City staying at a hotel that was doing renovation and their laundry was closed. So Siri brought me here and it's excellent. Use coin use credit-debit to buy coin or card - super clean - neat - staff was very friendly sold me coins - and the machines are newer with options ie - delicate and/or extra rinse etc and a double loader and dryer for WAY less than at the hotel using single washer - I would totally use this if I lived here locally and needed it. read more

Even midday on a Wednesday this place was packed. A few dryers and washers out of service but many still available for use. Very little seating to wait for your clothes to complete their cycles. Washers worked well and clothes felt just damp and not soppy wet when completed. Dryers did take a little longer than I expected. Two hours from start of washer to dried. Much better than the four hours it took us using the washers and dryers at the hotel we were staying at. Only a few of the machines had credit card ability. read more

Had the best laundry smell when you walked in. Had good soap. The people were very nice & smelled like good laundry. This washer got rid of my poop stains on my jeans. Let me tell me I am lactose intolerant & that day was my cheat day for ice cream. So you know what happened next. This sweet old lady came in the bathroom after me & helped clean up the mess. & they gave me free quarters! read more

I was in there Friday. around 12-1 pm. 2 loads of laundry. the machines took $10 off each transaction and when I asked it apparently does it ALL the time but you guys have no signs posted!! my account is in the negatives now. and each day it is I get a fee! the people you have working at this establishment are rude, racist and downright don't care! you guys still charge a fee when buy quarters which is insane but that's life. charging an automatic $10 for a 6.50, 8.50 or a .25 cent it's crazy! I'd see it being my fault if there were signs! but there's not! this place is apparently owned by great people but the people they chose to hire should really be evaluated! read more

Here while passing thru the area. Regular & large washers ($3-$5.50) and driers (.25/6min)... Coin laundry. Attendant on site. Drink & snack vending machines along with your laundry necessities for sale. Also offer full laundry services. The place itself is a good size, & nice and clean. Came here to do our laundry after reading great reviews on our vacation. The place was very clean and well lit. Washer was $3.00 a regular load for 25-30 minutes. Dryer was $0.25 for 4 minutes. Quite pricey. Asked about the check-in offer on Yelp but was told they are waiting for coffee grounds from the owner. So be it. read more

While you wait , there's a cool video golf game in the corner .... whoops.... no it's not .25 cents ... in keeping with the theme - it's .75 cents. Overall very clean appearance and we went based on the positive Yelp reviews. They had large washers which said they held 5 normal size loads. We did not stuff it that full. There is an option to use a credit/debit card which we choose to use. Big mistake - the machine was labelled $8.00 which in itself is outrageous. Our bank account was charged $10.00. The dryers we used were large capacity as well, but cost .25 for 4 minutes! I have never felt so ripped off in my life. It cost a small fortunate for me to do about 4 normal size loads. whenever we travel by car or plane for more than 6 or so days, we need to do laundry on the road. we found parkway kinda closeby to our hotel (which had a guest laundry, but we opted to go out to do ours). you never know what to expect in a strange town at a laundromat, but this was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience - imagine that! the change machine was out of order, but the gal there made change for us. there were different sized washers and dryers, depending on how much you had to wash or dry. the laundromat was clean, airy and had plenty carts to move your loads from washer to dryer and to the table. there was plenty of table space to do folding. i hope our next visit in 5 days will be as 'enjoyable' as this one! i know now it is possible! read more

We found this laundromat as we passed through Rapid City. It was clean with a full time attendant. They have vending machines, free WiFi and restrooms. It was comfortable to sit and check email while we washed our dirty hiking clothes. read more

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and also the washers, dryers and general layout of the business. The employee who was working did an excellent job of keeping everything sparkling clean. I do not live in Rapid City and wish my hometown had a comparable laundromat! Will definitely be back when I have a need for an extra large washer and dryer. Keep up the good work! read more

On vacation, I used the wash, dry, and fold service while spending the day at the Badlands and Wall Drug. They did a great job with my laundry, including not shrinking my jeans and not destroying my linen shirt. All in all a terrific service, and fairly priced. Thanks! read more

Parkway Laundromat is very clean, affordable and does a great wash and fold service. I have used their service when I am behind in my laundry due to being on vacation or sick kids etc. It is so nice to just drop off my loads of dirty laundry and pick them up, typically just later that day, all clean and perfectly folded. While I have not used their coin operated machines, they have brand new, large capacity machines that look awesome. The free wifi and tv sitting area (along with flat screen tv's located through out the place) is a very nice touch. Highly recommend! read more
