Only downside is that I had to run to Walmart last minute because I thought a basketball was going to be included for the basketball hoop inside the jumper. It wasn't. But overall, I'd recommend.

I ordered a jumper for my nieces birthday, it was a great experience, great communication, fast set up, and very friendly!Would definitely use again!

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is so shady, their website clearly says "Delivery and set-up ALWAYS FREE" and then over phone and text they want to add a $45 delivery fee. The guy tries to tell me it's for "local" rentals only, but they are in Lakeside 15 minutes away from us. Not to mention when I called they told me the 3n1 and anything smaller were already rented out and tried to upsell me on something more expensive but I told them it was out of our budget. Then the next day the one we want is suddenly available but when I call him out on the delivery fee, he won't budge and won't even explain why he's trying to charge it. Yeah buddy, I definitely won't be renting from your shady company!! Response to the business owners reply: The first question I asked you on the phone was if you had a delivery fee, you told me $45 before we even talked about location. Second, I in no way was aggressive at any time, our communications after the first inquiry were all by text and I'm happy to post those. I merely pointed out that if you are going to have exceptions to your stated delivery policy on your website, you should probably list exceptions. You really have no clue what good customer service entails, I pity you for all the customers you could get but for your horrible attitude towards customer service.

Easy to choose which jumper of all sizes, types and themes! Regular kind, water slide, obstacle course, 4 in 1 Castles with ladder, hoop and slide! A number of different themes to choose from.. only thing I was sad about was they didn't have "Blaze and the Monster Machines" banner. But no biggie! Still had an excellent experience with everything else! We ended up with a double slide... 4 in 1 castle! Added a generator (the park had no electricity within 100 ft but this solved the problem!) We also added 2 canopies (no walls... but it was windy anyway) they hammered and secured down the canopies fr moving and blowing away! $40 promo for 3 tables and 18 chairs! Easy communication via email... Juan responds quick! Just need a vendor permit, and proof that the company has updated insurance (in which they did!) Review and finalize your order and No payment until day of event! They offer venmo ( with % fee) or cash to pay day of after set up! They arrived 30mins early! And picked up equipment right on time! The kids loved the jumper - it was a hit! And the canopies provided excellent black out shade for my guest! Will be using them yearly for our events!

I did a ton of research looking for bounce houses because I've read so many reviews from parents and definitely did not want to bomb my party due to no-shows. Having read all the reviews, I had confidence in Brian's. They had the Cocomelon themed jumper for my toddler that I wanted, and everything was easy. There's no written confirmation though, they'll contact you 3 days before the party. Setup and tear down was super on time! Well the kids had a blast jumping for 5 hours straight, even the older kids. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Brian's jumper please keep up the good service! I'll definitely book you guys again for the next event.

Juan is great! He was very polite and respectful, while also being patient throughout the entire process. I had many questions and not once did I feel like it was "too many, or too much". They were able to work slightly on the price with the purchase of 2 rentals which any savings in this day and age helps. The workers were prompt with calling me for the setup and take down process. I have absolutely zero complaints or negative feedback for this company. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. As birthdays can be stressful enough, they removed any added stress that may come from other rental companies. Give them a call! read more

Had an excellent experience with them today - rented the castle with the double slide for my daughters birthday which was in one of San Diegos parks. Their price was very reasonable compared to some we saw online. They were punctual coming at the right time and came back to get it right on time as well so we didnt have to wait around for them for pick up. Their insurance/license is also already with the San Diego parks administration so you dont have to do that extra work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone based on our experience today. The bouncy castle itself looked new, was clean and didnt have any issues for the 3 hours that it was up. The kids really enjoyed themselves. read more

Highly recommend! Easy to schedule, on time , good price, clean up is just as fast. Orginally just had tables and jumpers and chairs, but wheather changed and needed to add pop ups (luckly they had some in stock). Brians Jumpers made the whole thing a piece of cake. These guys were awesome. Super easy to reserve, setup, payment, and take down. We ordered a watetslide for my sons grad celebration yesterday. It was the hit of the neighborhood. Our guests had a blast! I was the first to use it, and I'll admit it didn't seem so high until I actually got to the top. No other options the only way out was down lol but I couldn't stop after. It was too much fun. I only have 2 cons about it, and maybe it can be fixed or resolved for the future. Because I really want to rent the Godzilla now. The hose attachment wasn't secured as well, lots of wasted water. And the steps were worn down, so it was really hard to get up them, so of our guests including my little 1, fell back. read more

Best customer service ever. Juan always saves the day when we have last minute reservation requests. He's kind, professional, fully insured and on time. Don't even bother looking elsewhere for your bouncy house services. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Tip: sometimes if you don't see what you're looking for on his website, give him a call and he'll tell you if he can get it or if he has it already. read more

I have used them twice, i have rented the 5in1 hello kitty, and the 2in1 pink candy castle. Very reasonable rates, no hidden fees, they show up on time, and rental is for the whole day! You call to reserve, and then the day before they call you to confirm the time and location. Both jumpies were great, but i highly recommend the 5in1 if you have the space!! We had about 15 young kids and 2 adults in the 5in1 and it handled it no problem! The 2in1 was great for a small backyard! Had about 10 kids and it was great! read more

After looking through the permitted party rental places for Santee parks I found Brians's Jumper Service to have the best prices. We rented the basic colorful bouncy castle and a generator for my daughter's 5th birthday, and the jumper helped make the party a huge success! There were some minor issues with them getting the truck out there or something along those lines that made them about 20-30 minutes late. but they were communicative and we were understanding that life happens. The guys got it set up super quickly and arrived perfectly on time for the take down. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone in the area looking to liven up their party! read more

The entire process was quick and easy. They had great customer service and are very accommodating. They returned my call right away, called to confirm 3 days before our event and were even able to accommodate a few more requests. They arrive on time and their prices are great! When they arrived they had brought the correct jumper type, but wrong color. But I won't dock a star for how they handled it. They apologized and gave me a small discount. What did I care about the color?! The 4 in 1 bounce house was clean, functional and most importantly the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely do business with them in the future. read more

I called this company Sunday evening (18NOV2018) to get information on renting a jumper for 24NOV2018. The following day i sent an email to confirm price, date availability and size of jumper. Juan replied with "Yes 85.00 out the door. Would you like me to complete the order? ", to which i replied "Yes please, complete the order." I sent another email on the morning of the event just for one more confirmation and got no response. So i called at 9:53 a.m. to ask for confirmation, Juan said the only email he got was from that morning of the event. I stated i had send an email earlier in the week and was confirmed. In the end, I cancelled the reservation he wanted to make on the day of event due to his poor reservation management. Just go to the next Jumper Rental company and save yourself time. read more

I've contacted other bounce house places in San Diego and usually I had to submit a form and wait for them to call me back. P and J also had the best price for the bounce house we wanted. They charge one flat rate for all day instead of charging by the hour. Dan was in charge of setting everything up. He texted me the day before to confirm and arrived between the times he told me. My twin six-year-old daughters birthday was coming so my wife and I wanted to rent a jumper. My wife was laid off last summer so we didn't have a lot of money to spend. Our neighbor's sister told us about Brian's San Diego Jumper Rental. She said that people from her church had rented from Brian's several times. They always arrive on time with clean, commercial-grade jumpers. So we checked them out and found they also provide free tables and chairs with each jumper rental. That was a big help since we didn't have tables and chairs or a truck to transport them. I contacted Bryan's due to the awesome Yelp reviews assuming that since their website stated FREE delivery that that's what we would be receiving. I am aware that we live pretty far from everything (Pine Valley) however their website states that they deliver to Alpine, Ramona, and Carlsbad all for FREE. Their response to my request was a $70 delivery fee for gas and time! If you map out the distance and time from their location to Carlsbad it is the same time and distance as it is to Pine Valley. Very disappointed, I don't appreciate companies trying to take advantage of their potential customers. read more

I've used Brian's jumper's a couple times and I'm pleased with them because they deliver to my home in Jamul. I had called a few places and they automatically said no and in fact, contacted a company that said they would deliver to me and sent me a few pictures of available bouncers and then when I gave my address, she stated "you are too far. Go with someone else." Brian's Jumpers accommodated for a very reasonable delivery fee and contacted me promptly about how they can help me. I'll be using them anytime I need a bouncer in the future. Pros: Easy to Schedule Good rates. Called to confirm a few days before. (professional) Showed up as scheduled. Bouncer, chairs, tables - all clean, good quality. Picked up on time. Cons: One of two who delivered expected me to sign for everything as received in good condition without the chairs and tables being set up. When I told him that I needed to see them set up first, he replied that it was not his job. When I made it clear that I would not sign unless they were at least unfolded, he relented and helped unfold them. read more

I got a jumper from Brian's Jumpers for my daughter's party today, not only did they have a great price but the exact jumper I was looking for. My kids at my party loved the jumper. & When I called and let them know I was running a little late because I was stuck in traffic, they were very understanding and came back to meet me. The two men that brought the jumper were very polite and respectful, their names were Armando and Giovanni. I definitely recommend Brian's Jumpers and will be using their jumpers again soon. read more

Not very happy with the service I got. I never spoke to a Brian, but if he reads Yelp than I would like for him to know that he has a lot to learn about running a business. They advertise one price and then throw in the cost of a generator and gas at an extra cost. Would have been helpful to have an honest convesation with someone before it was too late to rebook with another company. BTW: don't hire jumper services from Craigslist without checking references... read more

Brian's San Diego Jumpers came to our rescue after being flaked on by a previous reservation with a different company (Globo Jumpers-HORRIBLE). We called to get a jumper on Saturday and they were at our house within 30 minutes. Excellent service. Jovanny and Joaquin came in and set up in maybe 10 minutes.
