We got a 2-in-1 jumper for my son's birthday, and the jumper and drop-off/pick-up were all perfect. There was some confusion making my reservation online, and they never received my reply to their reservation confirmation. So when I called the morning of the party, they had no confirmation for my initial reservation, which was a little stressful. Luckily, they were still able to add me in at the last minute and it all worked out fine. The jumper was delivered only 30 minutes later than planned. I definitely would use them again despite the mix-up. But I would recommend making your reservation on the phone and not through the website or through email, as some messages seem to be lost in transit. read more

Made my reservation about two weeks before the party. Happy that Brian's jumpers were able to accommodate especially during COVID. I rented a palm tree bounce house water slide, a 10x10 canopy, 4 tables, and 24 chairs. They came on time, set up quick, and were very helpful. They had a huge selection on their website and I easily was able to book a jumper/slide combo for my kid's birthday party via email. We booked about a month before the event and they called to confirm everything 3 days before just like they said they would. They were super polite, called to see if they could drop it off a little early which was fine with us and they picked it up right on time so we didn't have to worry about waiting around at the park all day for them. These guys literally saved my sons birthday!! I had ordered a jumper, tables, and chairs from another company Jump 4 Aden through their website and received an order confirmation. This was over a month in advance. Had emailed that company to request a change never responded to my email and so I called 4 days before the party. When I talked to the CSR she said oh that website we no longer take orders from so my order was never accepted it was in a pending status which was weird. So they did not have any of the things I had ordered. I was at a lost for words blamed on the IT guy. Fast forward to that same day I quickly got on to search jumper services and that brought me to Brian's. Customer service was amazing and they were less expensive than the others. The most amazing part is the were able to accommodate my son's birthday party 4 days before. I was truly amazed at the timely service, excellent customer service and the fact they saved the party. Found these guys on craigslist and they are great! Have been using them for nearly 6 years now. They have a great variety of jumpies and have a birthday club that offers a free table and chair rental with the jumpy. Jumpies are always clean, delivered and picked up whenever you want for the same price, so we always get them first thing in the morning at around 8:30 and have them pick up late at 7ish, so the kids get the most use out of it all day. Neighbors even stop by to jump for a while. We always get the 4-in-one jumpy with interchangeable themes. Prices are very competitive with the rest of the companies out there. They also have available cotton candy machines and other goodies- just ask! read more

Brian's Jumpers was my life saver this weekend! We had planned a big outdoor carnival for my 40th. We knew there was rain coming, but had tents and a food truck confirmed but on the day of, the other company called and cancelled the chairs and tables and food truck! I was freaking out when I called Brian's Jumper Service and they were able to come through! They delivered the tables, chairs, and bouncy castle with a slide THE DAY OF MY PARTY....IN THE RAIN! They were actually cheaper than the other company and we had the supplies for a longer time! I highly recommend Brian's for any of your party rental needs! All the parents run, we lift the plastic while others launched in to check for kids. A child can die suffocated that way. My husband called. The owner explained we should have called him when the THREE facts happened. I am flabbergasted: call while...? Please! No where in the contract it is written to call in case of deflation. BTW, hile you are afraid your child or a friend's child can be in danger or after when they are all screaming, the least think one think is to call Brian. I said my peace. None of my 30+ guests will ever rent from Brian's jumper. Got the HUGE princess castle jumper for my daughters 4th birthday. Jumper was $200, I rented a generator as well for $45 ( runs the jumper for over 6hrs ). HANDS DOWN THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL JUMPER SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS... They knowingly setup a jumper in an unpermitted location and accepted $200. They were called back to pick-up jumper within an 90-minutes of set-up. When we asked to reschedule the jumper for another date the operator "Juan" told us that they would not honor the $200 fee paid to them and another $200 would be required. Our family tried working something out with these guys in good faith, but they refused to make good on what they were paid for. They have no interest in making the customer happy. Unfortunately, we're in the process of filing a small claims court case so that another family doesn't have to experiences what we went through this weekend (3/31/12). They asked to come 2 hours prior to delivery on a potentially rainy day and I asked them if it was a raining day could the bouncy still be usable and they said yes. Had I known how the bouncy would react to the rain I would have cancelled and I wish they would have explained to me that. I did not know that they needed the payment at drop off so they asked to follow me to the bank so that they could get payment. After the bouncy being up for less than an hour the water was seeping through the seems and bubbling. The bouncy was not able to be jumped on so I called the company and they said sorry there was nothing they could do. I asked them to pick the bouncy up early which they did and asked if we could use it on another day so my 3 year old son could have some fun on one and they refused. I told they guy that they should have told me that the water would come through the seems if it were to rain as a precautionary. Even the employees taking down the jumper said they would not rent the bouncy if it was raining cause they know how the water would come through. The guy was very defensive and would not let me use it on another day. I feel that this is terrible customer service. read more

I've used a couple of other jumper companies in San Diego and this is by far the best one so far. The reservation process is easily done over the phone. Juan called to confirm our reservation two days before the event. The delivery guys showed up about 20 minutes early so we got some extra free time in the jumper. Setup for the jumper and delivery of the tables and chairs was seamless. Pickup was on time and they did everything for us. Prices are very good and you can get a table with 6 chairs for free if you sign up with an email address on their website. I will definitely use them for our next event. read more

I emailed Brian's jumpers to get rates and other info because for some reason that is the only form of contact. I receive an email asking where I am located. We correspond back and forth and I constantly ask for a confirmation. He never gives me anything and eventually stopped writing me. So I would steer super clear of this shady business. However, I came across Brian's Jumper Service through Yelp and decided to try them out. Juan was so nice over the phone and set everything up and even confirmed everything via email. We ordered the pink castle jumper with the Hello Kitty banner (HK themed party and they were the only jumper place with a HK theme!). I signed up for the birthday club to receive the free chairs and tables special and they accommodated me with an even better deal! All in all it came out to such a great deal! Day of the party: They showed up at the time we agreed (12:30pm), brought in the jumper, table and chairs and everything was good to go within 15 minutes!
