I have heard bad things about some company's not showing, dirty stuff, etc. They called two days before and again on the morning of the party, equipment was clean and the delivery guys were very friendly. They are a cash only business. $150 for a combo jumper, 4 tables and 24 chairs. They came on time (when i requested) to pack up. I would definitely use this service again. read more

Great service from initial inquiry to delivery to pick-up! This is my new "go-to" jumper service. They worked around my schedule, even delivering the jumper early and picking up late. My party didn't start until 1 PM, but they delivered at 8 AM and picked up the next day at 5 PM for only a small additional charge. Their customer service was excellent! You can't beat the prices. But sometimes price is it worth for fitting good customer service. They were an hour late setting up. And then they came in our early to come pick it up. And they didn't even knock on the door to let us know that they were here breaking it down. I just saw them outside of the window starting to deflate it. I have used these guys several times now (I just had them deliver a Jumpie, 3 tables and 18 chairs for my son's second birthday today) and will use them for ever party that I have. They come first thing in the morning set up quickly and are very nice. They have never taken our payment up front, always when they pick up. They come to pick everything up when you call them. Last time I called them at 8pm and they were there in 30 min to take everything down. When we call they are always helpful and willing to work with us on dates and times. They also offer extra tables and chairs if they are available the day you want them. I think their customer service is top notch, and believe they are the best deal in San Diego! I think that the person with the bad review has the wrong company... besides everything I wrote above, I have never paid $200.... they are way cheaper than that!! read more

I rented the 5 in 1 Jumper for my son's 7th birthday party a few weekends ago and it was a hit! The kids were amazed at its size! It was very interactive and offered hours of fun for the kiddos. On 10/25/2014 we rented a basic jumpy for our little guy's 3rd birthday party. We were very satisfied with all aspects of our rental from Brian's Jumper Service. They showed up on-time, set up the bounce house exactly where I wanted it, and were super friendly throughout the process. As for the bounce house itself, it looked brand new and very clean (the kids LOVED IT). And on the backend, Brian's Jumper Service once again showed up on-time to pack it up & haul it away. Like many service providers on Yelp, Brian's Jumper Service had a few bad reviews that had me concerned. I was referred by a friend to Brian's jumper service and I could not be happier about our whole experience. We had a 13x13 transformer banner jump house. It also had a basketball hoop inside. My son and his friends loved it. We had 13 kids at the party and about 7 would jump at a time with plenty of room to spare. I received a call to confirm the time of delivery/pick up and cost two days prior. The two men who set it up were punctual and friendly. this was my first experience with this company, the company i usually use didnt have the slide jumper i needed so i tried Brians jumper service. i was so impressed with the quick email response i received from Juan. i wasnt sure if the specific jumper i wanted would fit in my small back yard, so juan took the time to send me an actual sketch of the measurements. then on the day of the party, he actually brought an extra jumper just in case the big slide wouldnt fit and luckily he did because the slide i wanted was too big, so he used the smaller extra slide he had brought.
