Ok, I feel very strange writing this review, but here it goes...Brian ghosted me? I found him here on Yelp, saw all the great reviews. I called him & left a voicemail. He called back within an hour or so & was really friendly to talk to. I described a bit about the issues we are having (we just bought an older house) and what we were hoping to get fixed. Brian indicated that he may need to refer me to someone else, depending on the style of locks (or something to this effect). He asked me to text him detailed pictures & descriptions of the problems. I spent over an hour photographing the doors & locks, and describing what the problem was with each one. He responded & said he would take a closer look at the images later, and get back to me. He never did. I waited around 24 hours and sent a joking message like "Did we scare you away with these old doors?" Still, no response. Waited a little over a week & tried again, asking for the referral that he indicated he might give me. And just...nothing. I've waited an additional two weeks before writing this, in case maybe he had some type of family/medical emergency or was on a long vacation somewhere far away and didn't have cell service. But at this point, I'm just baffled why I couldn't even get a response from him. read more
