Had an issue with a missing lock that was hard to source, and Greg came up with many options and researched until he found a good replacement that matched the look of the home. Took his time to get it all right, and was extremely nice and soft spoken throughout the visit. He then helped get a misaligned door repaired with a new lock mechanism, and fixed two other problem doors without batting an eye. Lock, Stock & Barrel (please fix the typo, Yelp!) is a reliable, talented locksmith. I forget the guy's name who runs it but he's great. What to say about a locksmith? They know what they are doing. They have good options for products (we had a keypad lock installed so my kids wouldn't have to carry keys). I trust them. I've been using them for twenty years, and I would not go to anyone else. I fear the day that they retire or sell the business, but as "the guy" (I'm embarrassed I don't remember his name) is middle aged, thankfully that won't happen anytime soon. Oh, and did I mention that they are reasonably priced, they respond quickly, they have most of the supplies they need on the truck, and in our case when we ordered a special lock, they followed up with us - and any markup they probably applied was so reasonable I didn't notice.
